After being with this dealership for more than 10 years w/ my 12 Camry, my 11 Camry, and now my 21 Corolla. This was the worse experience. I paid over $800 in November for brakes/rotors, this visit was w/ my 12 Camry, my 11 Camry, and now my 21 Corolla. This was the worse experience. I paid over $800 in November for brakes/rotors, this visit was because my brakes was still noisy. After arriving the service advisor took my info and told me to have a seat. She sent me a text saying my car was being checked. In 30 minutes, I received a text saying that my car has been checked and it was ready for pickup. However this info was for my Camry which I no longer owned. The car I drove in was my 21 Corolla. It was a very confusing day and a long wait just for them to redo my brakes on my corolla, vwhich wasn't done correctly in November.after nit hearing anything for 2 hours, I called her and was told that my Corolla was still being checked by the technician. After coming there with 3 different cars, this was the worst experience. More
I really liked the service. They were quick and efficient. Especially Rachel. She did a great job making sure our service was taken care of.
