I drop my car off then they lost my car it took 7 hours for oil change I don’t believe they balance my tires it just was a xxxx show. Sean is my service person I look forward to seeing him each time I come excellent person always have a kind word to say he just make my day when I come always Johnny on the spot when I come he makes sure each time I come excellent person always have a kind word to say he just make my day when I come always Johnny on the spot when I come he makes sure everything is done he make sure he tell you what's wrong or what's right and he go out the way to let you know if you need service or not I just love him to death also the managers the manager of the service department is also very nice always have a kind word for you what I recommend Toyota of Stonecrest sure I the service department is very nice too at Toyota Stonecrest have been excellent so I do love Toyota never have a long wait but if I did I would understand because sometimes you all do get very busy and you do get to the car as quick as possible so that's what I love about Toyota Stonecrest they're great I will give them a 100 More
Service management didn't want to sell myself a oil change that I came in for. She said it wasn't due for one. Every 10,000 miles. I told her that I wanted my oil change every 5,000 miles She let me k change that I came in for. She said it wasn't due for one. Every 10,000 miles. I told her that I wanted my oil change every 5,000 miles She let me know it would be a 2 or 3 hour wait. I tell her not a problem. I had my husband pick myself up. She text me and let me know my car was ready but when I got there I had to wait for her to come to desk. She was on a phone she ask someone else to take my payment for her. After I paid she was still on her cell phone she grab my keys headed out the door. I went to find her to get my keys. I don't think she even knew where my car was. I got my keys from her and went looking around the parking lot for my car. She wasn't friendly and I felt like she was trying to talk me out of letting a oil change More
