Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I checked the tire pressure before I arrived and when I got the car returned the tire pressure was the same in each tire as it was before. I’m quite I checked the tire pressure before I arrived and when I got the car returned the tire pressure was the same in each tire as it was before. I’m quite confident that my tires were not rotated and if they were rotated they definitely did not get the same amount of pressure in each tire. Makes me question if they changed my oil. More

My visit started out very rocky. Thanks to my agent, Ms Rachel Smith she would not just settle for the parts department saying it would take four days to get a battery for my vehicl Thanks to my agent, Ms Rachel Smith she would not just settle for the parts department saying it would take four days to get a battery for my vehicle especially since I had already waited for almost 3 hours. I can't say enough about her professionalism, her concern for her customer and the way she was able to offer clear valid options to bring about a desired outcome. She was able to help maintain a satisfied future customer. Give the lady a bonus and a raise!!!!! More

Scheduled appointment to get new tires, brake job and new to me car checked out. Was told car was in good shape and only needed tires. Returned a month later because of slow leak in new tire and was told no to me car checked out. Was told car was in good shape and only needed tires.
