My visit was great, and Rachel Smith was very helpful in assisting me. I was told it would be 2 hours to get my car serviced, but it did not take nearly as long as 2 hours! Once my car was done, she even wa assisting me. I was told it would be 2 hours to get my car serviced, but it did not take nearly as long as 2 hours! Once my car was done, she even walked me to my car which had never happen before, so I thought that was great customer service. I normally just choose whoever is available to assist, but Rachel was great and I will be selecting her moving forward. I also was getting over a cold, and Rachel noticed and even suggested a good remedy (that worked) for my cold. I appreciated the customer service. This dealership has ver friend staff that treat you with respect. The Waite time is often longer than anticipated. The workmanship is solid but they have been able to resolve my alignment issues.
