Arrived at 11:40 for appointment. Was never updated on progress of car. Dealership didn’t have a driver to take me home, I was told they did on the phone by service advisor. It was only there to replace the breaks. That’s way too long for a simple process. The service manager was nowhere to be found. I asked for him but he showed up to address me. I returned 2 days later just to talk to the service manager about my experience. Once again he didn’t show. I was told by a mechanic that was walking in the building that there was new management and service manager. That’s a shame because the old service manager was great. I never waited very long for my car to be serviced. I have bought 3 cars from there. At this point I think I need to take my business elsewhere. The environment seems to have changed. The service advisor didn’t care that I was there 6 hours to change brakes. What a change in a short period of time. I have a friend who also went there for service the same week and had the same experience. What I can tell you is the old service manager was great and had that service dept running on all cylinders.
