Your phone customer service is not very good , not very professional, I think when you have an appointment the agents should be on time and when you’re customer’s are setting in lobby the agents should vis professional, I think when you have an appointment the agents should be on time and when you’re customer’s are setting in lobby the agents should visit with the customer to make sure they’re ok periodically, every few minutes, not on a texts just make sure they’re OK especially if they’ve been sitting in the lobby for a while and they know for a while is. The service department leaves a lot to be desired. Twice now I’ve taken my Toyota in for a simple oil change and had to leave without it being done because it took too long.
