Have inspected undisclosed damage. Shame on Nalley I have met with this Nalley buyer. I inspected the body damaged LS 460 that Nalley sold and evidently did not disclose. There is some major body damage that would not be missed by service professionals. Let me be clear, our shop knows nothing about the terms or the sale purchase of this Lexus 460 and what was or was not disclosed to the buyer but the vehicle did suffer major damage that poorly repaired and painted. There is no way the dealership didn't know about the damage regardless of this repair. If they were using one of those car reporting faxes, they are misleading the buyer by claiming no knowledge while anyone in the trade knows the car was damaged and the dealership is actually using a third party report to hide behind what they know to be true. Shame on Nalley, this is what gives the industry a bad name, More
Nalley Sold a Lexus with undisclosed Body Damage Nalley sold me a used 460 that had been associated with their dealership since initial delivery. They pitched the whole cradle to grave story of having always taken care of this 460, everything up to date, recall issues fixes and everything fixed before it became an issue. They showed me a long list of services and that according to car fax, no damage. But the truth is, they did as little service as possible and did not resolve the problems common with this car...so while they could have simply said nothing hoping to sell the car, they instead actively mislead me by providing unsolicited information about what a deal the car was and that it didn't need anything. Car fax is a misleading tool, if nothing shows up, that doesn't mean there wasn't an accident, it just means the accident wasn't reported. The car I purchased has severe body damage that Nalley knew about and yet did not disclose. They try to rely on that Car fax crutch but I specifically asked them about damage and they lied. There is extensive damage to the car and a bit of researched showed that they knew and repaired it. Even the work that they acknowledged was done poorly. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM NALLEY. They mislead, lie and are dishonorable. More
Beware: Price gouging I went in to negotiate a lease. I was expecting $1000/month payments for a 36 month lease, and they came back with $1600. That seemed too high, so I went in to negotiate a lease. I was expecting $1000/month payments for a 36 month lease, and they came back with $1600. That seemed too high, so I talked to a manager there, and he explained that my expectations were wrong, and he showed me the math as to why the payment should be closer to $1350. In other words, the initial sales guy tried to gouge me for $9000. Not the treatment I expected from a luxury dealership. I won't be buying a Lexus. I had a much better experience with the Porsche dealership next door. More

He was extremely patient, helpful and very friendly. Our Purchase occurred over 2 days, we came to look and get information and then were ready to purchase the next day. Robert answered all of our questions and couldn't do enough to keep us comfortable. He has followed up with us since our purchase to see if he may be of further assistance. Josh and my husband sparred a little over price but we ended up a satisfied customer. Finance was also great to work with, Muhamed found us the best finance rate and gave us options and helpful advice. More
