We have now used Nalley Lexus and Joel Hughes for service of our two Lexus vehicles for approximately seven years and our experience has been outstanding throughout this time. To his credit, Joel Hughes has always been friendly, extremely responsive, and accurate in the service work necessary to keep our vehicles in top condition. Only the needed work is done, and Joel routinely gives us a "heads up" on future maintenance expenditures so there are no surprises. Thanks to Joel and Nalley Lexus, our confidence is so high in their maintenance program and approach to customer service that we actually drive past a much closer dealership in order to continue having our service work done at Nalley. Joel Hughes our service advisor has been the one constant for service on all 3 of our Lexis RX SUV's.He is professional yet friendley, with a good knowldege of our RX SUV's and is the reason why we are on o for service on all 3 of our Lexis RX SUV's.He is professional yet friendley, with a good knowldege of our RX SUV's and is the reason why we are on our 3rd RX.Customer Service is great.If we need a loaner we get one.Yesterday we elected to have a shuttle follow us for drop of and back to Nalley.Quality of work shows with no need to return for further tweaking. Nalley has made good on several warrenty items at no cost to us replacement. Lexus,Nalley & Joel keep us coming back. More

Barry was a joy to work with! We walked in somewhat late (around 6:30 pm) on a Monday. Barry promptly arranged a test drive of the exact car we saw on the web site. After completeing the test drive, we we (around 6:30 pm) on a Monday. Barry promptly arranged a test drive of the exact car we saw on the web site. After completeing the test drive, we went through the steps to appraise our current car, financial application, and information about the car and some options. It was al a very easy, painless process. Barry and the sales manager, Roger stayed until after 9 pm to get the car washed and ready, move the belongings form our old car, and send us home in the new ES 350. I can't imagine a more pleasurable, easy going process. We were treated with respect and intelligence teh whole way through, and never felt and excess pressure to buy the car. I would recommend Barry and Nalley Lexus Roswell to freinds, families, and complete strangers! Thank you to all the fine staff at the dealership. We look forward to a long term relationship with our neighbor. More
