Totally incompetent service department....bought 2020 RX here...stain on fake leather seat....they told me it was covered on the phone so I brought it in...once here they say oh no stains are not covered... here...stain on fake leather seat....they told me it was covered on the phone so I brought it in...once here they say oh no stains are not covered....the kick sensor has never worked properly...in the service department they told me it's fine no problem...don't bring you Lexus here!! We had a urgent Service issue with my wife's car as the battery just died. We called the dealership and spoke to Kevin Lombard, Service Manager. He immediately told us to call Lexus Roadside the next morni battery just died. We called the dealership and spoke to Kevin Lombard, Service Manager. He immediately told us to call Lexus Roadside the next morning and have the car towed in to the dealership. as he was freeing up a spot. Kevin contacted us first thing to confirm the car arrival, scheduled a slot, sent one of his guys across town to collect a hybrid battery and got it installed in the car. He even offered to have someone drop off the car since it was late in the day. Benjamin Jones, handled the service at the dealership and did a great job. Overall, we have been amazed by the service and especially with Kevin's customer focus. We will definitely be buying our next vehicle from this dealer only. More

Worst Place To Purchase A used Lexus This place does not inspect its cars before selling, but will tell you it does a complete inspection of the car and all maintenance has been done pri This place does not inspect its cars before selling, but will tell you it does a complete inspection of the car and all maintenance has been done prior to sale. They tell you cars are inspected by theirs Master Techs but if you ask their service dept. they do not know these master tech guys nor are these cars inspected by them. I found the service guys to be a lot more honest than sales management and the GM Ruben Santiago who is the worst example of a general manager that I have ever dealt with in my life. More

Customer car wash I have only been to the dealership twice since my purchase. Both times I have been told the customer car wash is out of order, really? The first tim I have only been to the dealership twice since my purchase. Both times I have been told the customer car wash is out of order, really? The first time they told me that, as I drove by, it appeared to be working.However, I did not go back in to question it. It was late in the day, and they might have been backed up washing new cars, understandable. Again today, it is not working, at 8 in the morning.. I did not want to have to make another stop on my way home, but I did. I think the dealership needs to have an additional car wash or hire more employees if they get that backed up. More

Got a mint-condition 2006 Lexus LX470 (Toyota Land Cruiser in a tux) that's almost too flawless to believe. Paid a very fair price and was offered the same for my trade-in. The process was smooth and easy, and everyone I dealt with was as authentic and aboveboard as you could ever ask for. Fraudulent Inspection Checklist ****BUYERS BEWARE***** If you’re looking to purchase an L-Certified Lexus from Nalley of Roswell make sure you carefully review your 161-Point Inspect ****BUYERS BEWARE***** If you’re looking to purchase an L-Certified Lexus from Nalley of Roswell make sure you carefully review your 161-Point Inspection Checklist CAREFULLY and request your Sales Rep to give you their Internal Checklist to cross reference. I bought a 2016 RC 350 in January 2019 from Nalley Lexus of Roswell. May 2019 I took my new ride into Nalley Lexus Smyrna for my 1stComplimentary Service and found I needed 2 New Tires. Apparently the 161-Point Inspection Checklist I was provided at the time of negotiating was FRAUDULENT stating all 4 tires were essentially new. It should be noted, this is my 2nd RC 350 and my 3rd purchase from the Nalley Lexus Family. The tires should have given me 12-15k life vs. 5k. When I questioned my Sales Rep, he provided me the Internal checklist that revealed the tires were halfway thru their lifetime, and insisted Nalley Lexus of Roswell and Josh Jones (General Sales Mgr) “ Would love to help.. but it looks like we did everything correct on our end..”. Clearly Nalley Lexus of Roswell did not. Obviously whomever completed the 161-Point Inspection Checklist made an error, which Nalley Lexus of Roswell could have easily resolved for a 3x repeat and referral Customer but chose to show their “Appreciation” by doing absolutely nothing. My suggestion is if you’re looking for a Lexus, definitely go to Nalley Lexus Smyrna. Their service dept. is EXCELLENT and I know I’ll definitely purchase Lexus #4 from Nalley Lexus Smyrna More
