Every person I came in contact with, on the day I bought my car, was very friendly and helpful. I had my daughter with me, and everyone was very accomodating to her needs and interests. Barry was a joy to work with! We walked in somewhat late (around 6:30 pm) on a Monday. Barry promptly arranged a test drive of the exact car we saw on the web site. It was al a very easy, painless process. Barry and the sales manager, Roger stayed until after 9 pm to get the car washed and ready, move the belongings form our old car, and send us home in the new ES 350. I can't imagine a more pleasurable, easy going process. We were treated with respect and intelligence teh whole way through, and never felt and excess pressure to buy the car.
