Larry's product knowledge, can-do attitude, personality and humor easily overcame some serious supply chain issues. Apparently, after the tsunami, it is easier to deliver a baby than a 2012 AWD RX350. Larry was able to meet this challenge with competence and resolve. I feel like he delivered a high degree of service approaching customer advocate as he met every promise of the deal. Service after the sale was spectacular.
