I purchased my '07 Lexus ES new at South Atlanta based on a referral to a sales associate at that dealership. I live on the north side of town, however, and have not used South Atlanta for service. About a year ago I decided to try out the Nalley service department to complete some routine service requirements. Despite what I would call a premium price, they deliver an excellent overall customer experience. Specifically, I have been able to develop and maintain a relationship with Service Consultant Joel Hughes. Joel is simply fantastic in terms of his professionalism and product knowledge. I feel like he is truly an advisor in terms of maintaining my car, which I use extensively for professional purposes. In summary, Joel exceedingly delivers the value I have come to expect from my auto maintenance provider. More
