Larry was very friendly and very informative, telling us what we needed to know about the car we went in specifically to look at. He was prompt in following up with us, both on email and phone, and asked for the VIN #s for the cars we were considering trading, but did refuse to give us that info without a return trip to the dealership - an annoying but not unusual sales technique. We enjoyed getting to know Larry and would definitely work with him again. He was hamstrung only by the fact that we could get a much better deal on an used Acura MDX than we could on a new Lexus RX450h and by the fact that the new model Lexus is not yet old enough to have many used to choose or to offer significant savings on. On our first visit, Larry took several hours with us to explain each car and the diffenrences between the other cars we were compairing.
