Unfortunately Nalley Lexus did not have the exact model and trim I was looking for at their location. Most dealerships usually become dismissive about selling cars that aren’t on their lot. However Charles took the time to find a car with the exact specifications I was looking for at another location. They had it professionally transported from another dealership and allowed me to drive an IS250 demo car with a full tank of gas until it arrived. Charles did a great job of keeping me informed regarding the progress of the car’s delivery. I also want to thank Charles for personally being available at any hour to address my concerns. Upon delivery of the vehicle I could tell that Charles ensured that the car was detailed immaculately. I am very pleased with the overall experience and I hope to continue to do business with Nalley Lexus in the future. More
