Nalley Lexus is a great full-service dealership with an excellent sales staff! This was my first experience buying a luxury vehicle, not to mention a new one! Johnnie was throughly competent, professional, and knew his business. Both my husband andI felt we could trust his integrity as well as his judgement. Johnnie sold us a beautiful, showroom-equipped model at a reasonable price, even included options I would not have dreamed of asking for, but which have turned out to be wonderful! I love my new Lexus, and plan to return to Nalley for service. Marvin, the service manager, has also impressed me with his professionalism and helpfulness. My husband & I walked into Nalley Lexus thinking we would just "browse". There was a red 250 convertible on the salesroom floor and I was pleasantly surprised by how sporty it looked. I got in and sat in it and really liked it. Bob Hamilton, a sales person, walked over and asked if we were interested in the car and taking a test drive. I sort of demurred and said we were just looking, but my husband convinced me to go ahead a take a test drive. Again, I was very pleasantly surprised by the speed and performance of the car. We came back to the dealership and my husband asked about the IS 350. So, Bob found one on the lot and took me for another test drive to compare. He also spent a great deal of time back at the dealership, still in the car, explaining all the great features from the Nav System to the Bluetooth & Sound system etc. Bob couldn't have been more helpful and patient in spending time answering all of our questions. And, 3 - 1/2 hours later I drove out of the showroom in my beautiful new Lexus Convertible. Since then, Bob has followed up to make sure I love the car, had me come back so I could learn how to use the Wind Screen and to make sure I understood how to use all the systems in the car. I couldn't be happier with the car, the dealer and, mostly, my salesperson! More

Nalley Service adviser Brandy came to my rescue when I stopped in after 6pm with a faulty battery in my GX470. Thanks to her I was able to have a new battery put in along with a positive battery cable tha stopped in after 6pm with a faulty battery in my GX470. Thanks to her I was able to have a new battery put in along with a positive battery cable that was found to be defective even though it was almost closing time. What a lifesaver she was. This was not the first time I had experienced exceptional service with Nalley however, my normal service Aron has always done an exceptional job. I could not be happier with the service I receive from Nalley Lexus. Thanks again Brandy! More

Right before Christmas, my previous car had been totaled in an accident with another driver who was at fault. With the help of my very nice neighbor, we had been looking for another car for some time. We had checked out a number of cars at various locations but were not satisfied with the condition of those cars. Each one had problems. The search for a car had become a very frustrating and time consuming experience. All of this changed when we arrived at Nalley Lexus Roswell and were greeted by Lloyd de Almeida! From the moment we walked into the dealership, we were treated wonderfully and my needs were given the upmost attention. A particular car that we had been interested in, unfortunately, had already been sold. Lloyd immediately began searching the dealership's inventory for another car that might meet my needs. He identified one and brought it out for us to view and test drive. The car was a perfect fit! It had just been traded in at the dealership and had not yet been cleaned up, but we could easily tell the car had been well taken care of by its previous owner. The process of negotiating a deal on the vehicle was a very pleasant experience, unlike what might occur at most car deaI highlylers. Lloyd and his manager, Scott Cleaver, exhibited the utmost professionism during the negotiation, which we respected very much, and we were able to reach a mutually agreeable price for the car. My previous frustrations in finding another car had turned into joy and excitement. All that remained was for the car to be inspected and cleaned up by the dealership, since it had just been traded in when we viewed it. When we returned to pick up the car, we were in for a MOST WONDERFUL SURPRISE! The dealership not only had cleaned the car, as we had agreed, but had detailed it. The car looked close to new again! Thank you so much, Lloyd and the dealership, for going out of your way to please and let my holiday season have a happy ending! Words cannot express the joy given to me by Lloyd and this dealership. Without reservation, I highly recommend Nalley Lexus Roswell and, in particular, Lloyd de Almeida for the dedicated care, attention and thoughtfulness exhibited in satisfying my needs. I just ordered my fourth Lexus SUV with this dealership so I have had a lot of experience over the past 10 years. They always take care of their customer, going overboard to make certain everything is 110 so I have had a lot of experience over the past 10 years. They always take care of their customer, going overboard to make certain everything is 110% correct and acceptable. If I ever had a problem out of the normal, which was very rare, they immediately solved it. An example is one time my battery was dying on me and I was able to get to the dealership before my car stopped. They took it in immediately, even without an appointment, gave me a new battery and sent me on my way with no charge at all and within an hour. Whenever my wait would exceed an hour, they automatically had a loaner for me. The great news is that this car rarely has a problem and that's customer service. That's why I have a 4th Lexus from Nalley! lhb More
They, the service personnel, have a tendency to treat you as an invisible person or at the very least one that really doesn't matter. I shopped around at several car dealerships before deciding to pay a visit to Lexus. By the time I arrived at Nalley Lexus I was run down from a day of what felt like being stalked and hustled to buy deciding to pay a visit to Lexus. At several other dealerships there were sales people literally waiting outside my car door when I pulled in. It was an uncomfortable feeling and I was starting to think my old car wasn't so bad and a new one wasn't going to be worth the hassle. Then I arrived at Nalley Lexus... I was able to park and take a look around at the three SUVs out front at my leisure, undisturbed. I ran into Charles as he was walking by and he asked if I had any questions. I did want more information on the GX, which he provided in a manner that was informative but not nagging. My buying process turned out to be a short one. I returned the next day for a test drive with Charles and moved forward with the sale. Throughout the process I never felt pressured or intimidated. I simply fell in love with the GX and enjoyed working with Charles. I made my mind up and there was no need to wait or waste time with other dealerships. The negiotation process was pretty painless and I was very happy with the deal I received. I had my new car only four days when a lady opened her car door into the side of it and dented my door. I called Charles immediately and while in a bit of a small rage. He talked me off the ledge, so to speak, and referred me to a dent expert. The next day my dent was gone, free of charge. Two weeks later a rock hit and chipped my windshield. Again, Charles sent me to the right person who fixed me up, good as new. His on-going customer service post sale has been excellent. (Let's hope there are no further catastrophes) I highly recommend Nalley Lexus Roswell and Charles Cook. I love my new GX 360 and am so glad I made the choice to visit that last dealership of the day... More
Larry made our last-day-of-the-year car-buying experience a very pleasant one. After a nothing-experience at the Acura dealership, Larry fully explained and demonstrated the features of the RX350 in the show a very pleasant one. Larry is an exceptional Lexus representative who takes the time to do it right for the customer. All questions answered and demonstrations complete. Larry called our insurance company for us to initiate the car insurance update process. And he magically got us toward the top of the line in the finance department late on New Years Eve. Then Eric Palmsteen (Finance Director) walked us carefully through the finance process, including thoughtful, low pressure consideration of extended service options. And we met our personal Service Consultant, Vann Boddy, who will be working with us whenever necessary. We liked him but hope we won’t be working him too hard. We would certainly recommend Nalley Lexus highly and Larry as exceptional. More
