I was not happy with Meagan Russell customer service. After the test drive of a used vehicle I mention that there is a rumbling sound coming from the front wheel area a couple times during and after the test drive this could be a safety issue but she seem to just ignore what I was saying. (so sad) Meagan Russell asked me was I still interested or serious in purchasing that vehicle and I told her no, after that exchange of words Meagan told me and my brother basically nice to meet you and have a nice day. I am a black american and was disappointed get this kind of service (The Black Treatment) from a salesperson from Nalley Lexus of Atlanta. We looked at some other cars on the lot and notice that the sales people was still working with their customers looking at and test driving different vehicles. I don't if she had other things to do than to make a sale at that moment or thought we had bad credit or limited money. I have been working at BMW automotive plant in South Carolina for almost 20 years now, so don't assume if a customer is serious about purchasing a vehicle. Meagan need to stay with her customers until they finish shopping the sales lot no matter what ethnic group they are. I would not recommend Meagan Russell to no other future customers. More
Liars Have bought two cars from this dealership. Last time i did all the negotiations on the phone, had a written out the door price, and sent my daughter Have bought two cars from this dealership. When she got there, they told her she needed to pay and extra $700 because of a "mistake" they had made. She called me and i told her to walk. When they saw she was going to, they let her have the car for the negotiated amount. Called them last week to look at purchasing a UX, I had a written out the door quote from end of March. Asked if they could do any better. Sent me a written estimate that was $1800 higher!!! I asked why it was now higher, and the sales manager kept beating around the bush. He didn't think I had the old one in front of me. I finally told him it was in the taxes calculation, and he admitted other sales manager did not know how to figure the GATAVT taxes!!! A sales manager!! When i asked if they would honor my March written quote, he said no , that if i had come in, they would have had to get the extra $1800 from me!! Same as before. These guys are liars and crooks. GO to another dealership and don't mess with these characters. More

Horace understood what my purchase points were and was willing to let me walk if he did not have what I wanted. A few days later he called and it was exactly what i wanted. While I test drove 3 cars, I was impressed with his knowledge of car and all of its features. I purchased the car and had to leave it and Horace adjusted his schedule to deliver the car to my job. He was very attentive and I have no doubt I will be buying another Lexus and it will be doubt be from Horace. More
I am from North Carolina and I just purchased a car from this dealership (right in the middle of this economic downturn) and did so off the strength of reviews. I found it on a Saturday and the finance man this dealership (right in the middle of this economic downturn) and did so off the strength of reviews. I found it on a Saturday and the finance manager sought to find banks to finance the remainder of my loan (which was not a lot because I put 20,000.00 down). While he was looking for a bank I contacted my bank here in NC and they were glad to do it at a great rate. I tried to call him back to let him know I had my bank ready to go with financing but could not get in touch with him. He called me back but I missed his call and repeatedly tried to call him back with no luck. They were closed the next day which was Sunday so I called first thing Monday morning to let them know that my bank would finance. I was told that I already had a bank at a rate that had not been reviewed or approved by me and that my car was about to be driven to North Carolina. The rate that he had was 1.3% higher than my bank- I told him what my rate was and just like that it was adjusted to match my rate. As a practicing attorney of over 20 years you can imagine that my trust level is at an all time low at this point. So later on, my car gets dropped off by the drivers who have no idea that they are picking up a $20,000.00 cashiers check (they were very friendly though). And I immediately point out a scratch on the side of the door and peeling tint- which was not revealed in any of the photos that I saw on the web site (so don’t trust the pics on the site; go to the dealership and look at the car you’re interested in). They call the office to bring it up with the manager and I guess the manager didn’t know that the driver’s volume was turned up loud enough so that I could hear him (maybe he did and that’s just how they do things at Nalley) but instead of trying to address obvious issues that were not disclosed prior to them driving the car 400 miles- he’s yelling at the driver “If he doesn’t want it bring it back!! Bring it back!!” To me, I’ve been looking for that car for awhile and I’ve got people here that can handle those cosmetic issues for me but it goes without saying that he was very unprofessional and very unexpected. If I had been there I’m certain this gentleman would have had a very different tone.... So, I sign all of the necessary paperwork and the drivers don’t have any duplicates to give me for my records. I’ve been calling their office since then and was told a week ago that everything was being mailed to me and I have not received anything yet. I still have not had a chance to speak to the financial manager who I left several messages for in the beginning (I eventually gave up) and was very quick to get me off the phone once I said yes to the car. I guess it’s a moot point now, but the guy never bothered to call me back. I called Johnson Lexus in Raleigh and was met with the exact opposite as far as treatment- they got me set up for my first appointment over the phone, I told them about my Nalley experience and they apologized for them profusely and assured me that was not the Lexus way. As a BMW guy, I can say that BMW knows how to treat their clients- especially one who would pay for half of the vehicle up front! Hopefully for those of you in the Smyrna area you will get treated better than I did; but do not buy from this place if you’re not within driving distance- it’s probably not a good idea to get a car from a dealership that you can’t visit and actually sit down and talk with sales and office associates that work there. The sales person that helped me, Jonathan, did a great job....he helped me as much as he could, was friendly and receptive. I felt bad having to call him so much but I could tell he was doing all that he could. I think he could teach some of the other people that work there a few lessons in customer service. It’s good that I have a lot of law school classmates that practice law in that area who will be more than happy to pay them a visit if I don’t get the documents that I signed soon. So the lesson to be learned from all of this is the age old adage of “Stay in your own back yard” -even when it comes to buying a nice car. More

He treated me like a family member. The one thing I liked about him is that he didn't call me every day as some salespeople do. I had all the time I needed to make an informed decision. I recommend him highly. If you are in the market for a Lexus vehicle, go see him at Nalley Lexus in Smyrna. Lexus should be proud to have him as an employee. More

I just wanted to let you know how disgusted I am with the service I received from Brandon Latimore. If I could give you zero stars I would. I was working with Megan Russell who is fabulous. He got snippy with me when I told him about another car offer I got from a dealership. he then said the numbers don't lie. If you ask Megan she will let you know that Brandon was actually dead wrong about the numbers. He claimed he beat the price by $400 which is a complete lie. It was more like $50. He clearly couldn't read the specs. He seemed to only be in a hurry to go home and just to let you know you lost a sale of almost 50k for less than $100. He was constantly giving wrong information and telling me I was wrong. When he was proven wrong he didn't even so much as apologize to me or my parents. He was completely disrespectful! I will definitely be posting reviews about your location and Brandon. As a current Lexus owner I have never been treated this way by a Lexus dealership. I have had more than one Lexus. I was trying to get one for my parents and this is the kind of treatment we get!? Absolutley absurd. People like Brandon should not be representing your company. He has a very bad attitude. No one will raise their voice and have an attitude with me and especially my parents who are old enough to be his grandparents! Truly the worst representation of the Lexus brand ever! I am so upset at the way he spoke to us that I am steaming mad! You need to find more respectful workers! Everyone I know and everywhere I can find to post on social media will know about the awful treatment Brandon gave to us tonight. Hire more people like Megan and get rid of people like Brandon Latimore! More

A HUGE factor in my calling it the best was Horace McMillan. From the beginning of my search at the Nalley Lexus Galleria location to the end of my eventual purchase, Horace was friendly, knowledgeable, direct, and patient. And he did it all with an authentic smile on his face the entire time. It has been many years since I've purchased a new car, so needless to say I wasn't sure what to expect, however, I could not be more happy with my purchase and how the entire process was handled by Horace. I HIGHLY recommend to contact Horace if you are in need of a Lexus. I'm sure you will walk away with a car and feeling like you made a new friend in Horace. I did.
