Happy Returning Customer I leased a 2019 NX. This was my second lease for this dealership. I dealt with Karl Magnusson this time. I hate the car buying experience normall I leased a 2019 NX. I hate the car buying experience normally, but Karl made is easy, no pressure or relentless follow-up calls, worked out a very fair deal and was a pleasure all around. I will definitely start my search at this dealership again when this lease is up. My wife and I are very satisfied with the NX, perfect size compromise between us, love the Apple car play. They finance team didn’t pressure us to buy unneeded warranties. More

Highly recommend Chad I have been going to Nalley for years now. My prior sales person retired, so Chad Douglas helped me with my new car. He was very attentive, great list I have been going to Nalley for years now. My prior sales person retired, so Chad Douglas helped me with my new car. He was very attentive, great listener and understood exactly what I was looking for in the car. While I have had Lexus cars for awhile now, he invited and encouraged me to test drive the new one, and did not try to short cut the experience at all. Lastly, Chad made the price discussion and the entire sales process a very smooth, and laid back one. I highly recommend Chad as he supports his clients from start to finish, and delivers the experience one would want for all their car purchases. More

Great new car buying experience! Follow-up... not so much This was the first time ever that I did not waste hours and hours of my time in a dealership trying to strike the right balance between their drive-ou This was the first time ever that I did not waste hours and hours of my time in a dealership trying to strike the right balance between their drive-out price and my "feel good", ready to buy price. All was quickly negotiated over the phone, the follow-up and commitment was fast, meticulous, and 100% perfect in every way. In summary, my wife is happy and loves her new ride. Follow-up: Post purchase communications were slow, and somewhat suspect. Purchasing new was great but we were disappointed on the paperwork follow through. UPDATE: MAY 10th - Communications are improving. Just got a text message that my review cost someone $500 because of my failure to give them all "10's" on the Lexus survey. If you tell me you mail something personally, and it is postmarked a week later than the date you stated, is that a problem? UPDATE: May 10th again - Communications continue to improve. Within a few minutes of posting my comments above, the salesperson responded quickly via text, but hung up on me over the phone. I would copy what he posted but that would get this review flagged for removal because of his choice of words. I now understand some of the other comments regarding this salesperson. I no longer recommend anyone work with this guy. More

Take Your Business Elsewhere I bought a car from Nalley Lexus Smyrna while I was in town in late November 2018. As of January 8, 2019, I still have not received ANY of the paperwo I bought a car from Nalley Lexus Smyrna while I was in town in late November 2018. As of January 8, 2019, I still have not received ANY of the paperwork for the car, including receipts or loan payment information. Strike 1. A week and a half ago (a whole month after I bought the car), I got a message from Michael Furse saying that Maryland required proof of insurance to complete the titling process. I sent it and expected the process to be complete by now. Now, my temporary tag has expired, and the state of Maryland has no record of the vehicle at all, meaning Nalley Lexus has failed to submit any of the titling paperwork for the car, long after the 30 day window. When I called to ask why the paperwork was missing, Michael Furse initially told me "It doesn't look like there's anything missing" and "we'll contact you if there's an issue with the titling process". When I called again yesterday, the day my Georgia temporary tag expired, I was told "some fees had not been paid". I made the mistake of expressing interest in paying the fee at the same time I requested proof of the fees. The person in charge of handling this case at the Tag and Title department, Shenika, "forgot to send [proof]" to me when I requested it, and instead, told the finance department I was interested in paying the fees. Strike 2. The "proof" I have received is an invoice dated December 21 that includes far more fees than indicated on the contract I signed about a month before the invoice was even written. For some reason, this information would never have reached me if I hadn't called to ask what the hold-up was. Strike 3. At the moment, I cannot legally drive my car, and will not be able to do so until 4 to 6 weeks after Nalley Lexus finishes their paperwork and submits it all, which may take an additional 4 to 6 weeks at this rate. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere if you are considering Nalley Lexus, especially if you are from out of state. More
