I just wanted to let you know how disgusted I am with the service I received from Brandon Latimore. If I could give you zero stars I would. I was working with Megan Russell who is fabulous. Brandon on th service I received from Brandon Latimore. If I could give you zero stars I would. I was working with Megan Russell who is fabulous. Brandon on the other hand was beyond rude. He got snippy with me when I told him about another car offer I got from a dealership. he then said the numbers don't lie. If you ask Megan she will let you know that Brandon was actually dead wrong about the numbers. He claimed he beat the price by $400 which is a complete lie. It was more like $50. He clearly couldn't read the specs. He seemed to only be in a hurry to go home and just to let you know you lost a sale of almost 50k for less than $100. He was constantly giving wrong information and telling me I was wrong. When he was proven wrong he didn't even so much as apologize to me or my parents. He was completely disrespectful! I will definitely be posting reviews about your location and Brandon. As a current Lexus owner I have never been treated this way by a Lexus dealership. I have had more than one Lexus. I was trying to get one for my parents and this is the kind of treatment we get!? Absolutley absurd. People like Brandon should not be representing your company. He has a very bad attitude. No one will raise their voice and have an attitude with me and especially my parents who are old enough to be his grandparents! Truly the worst representation of the Lexus brand ever! I am so upset at the way he spoke to us that I am steaming mad! You need to find more respectful workers! Everyone I know and everywhere I can find to post on social media will know about the awful treatment Brandon gave to us tonight. Hire more people like Megan and get rid of people like Brandon Latimore! More

Horace McMillan is Truly Outstanding I've visited many Lexus dealerships in pursuit of my new car, but my visit to Nalley Lexus Galleria was by far the best visit of all. A HUGE factor in I've visited many Lexus dealerships in pursuit of my new car, but my visit to Nalley Lexus Galleria was by far the best visit of all. A HUGE factor in my calling it the best was Horace McMillan. From the beginning of my search at the Nalley Lexus Galleria location to the end of my eventual purchase, Horace was friendly, knowledgeable, direct, and patient. And he did it all with an authentic smile on his face the entire time. It has been many years since I've purchased a new car, so needless to say I wasn't sure what to expect, however, I could not be more happy with my purchase and how the entire process was handled by Horace. I HIGHLY recommend to contact Horace if you are in need of a Lexus. I'm sure you will walk away with a car and feeling like you made a new friend in Horace. I did. Brandon Latimore a sales manager gave a fair vehicle price offer and trade offer. Johnnie Anderson kept in great contact after I completed a vehicle inquiry online. Colin was amazing in finance. Hurry up and get to Nalley Lexus Smyrna for an amazing deal and customer service; especially during the December to Remember event. Clueless Customer Friday 10/11/19- I was prepared to pay top dollar for a brand new 2020 GX and thought I had a "Certified Master Salesperson" working on my behalf. He Friday 10/11/19- I was prepared to pay top dollar for a brand new 2020 GX and thought I had a "Certified Master Salesperson" working on my behalf. He found the exact vehicle I wanted which was on the boat headed to USA (and then to a different dealer). I gave all my credit information. I gave $1000 good faith earnest deposit as a commitment to my interest in this particular vehicle. They were going to start working on the transfer on Monday the 14th. They did say it would take a few days to know if the deal could happen or not. OK, cool. I checked in on Wednesday 16th via email. No response. Texted the salesperson on Saturday 19th. He said they were "working on it" and that he was busy selling two cars and for me to follow up with Mike B. HUH? A different "manager" called me on the 19th left a long message regarding totally different vehicles (no communication obviously between these guys). I talked to that guy on the 21st. Got him up to speed on the vehicle above. I even said I would order a new one and just wait for it to be made if that was easiest. He said he was ON IT! 8 days have passed, no word back. I've left two voicemails. No response. I've asked for my deposit back via voicemail as they have not met the implied agreement of our deal. How does this happen? I'm a lifelong Lexus loyalist. Ready to buy a brand new vehicle. ASAP. If there is another dealer in town that would love to have me as a customer. Please reach out! More

My experience with Nalley Lexus has been absolutely awful in fact will never purchase from them again . Tags have been lost by the third party services used by Nalley , dealership zero cares 60 days still no plate or tags why because they sent to the wrong address honest mistake agree however instead of apologizing Sonja argues , hangs up on us , and forgets to place me on hold calling me a name using the word xxxxx . Appauld! Several request sent through email for general manager to call ... no return call . The dealership lacks integrity . More
