Visiting a dealership for a new car is usually a stressful ordeal for me. However, my visit to Nalley Galleria was different. I was not pounced upon when I began looking at cars on the lot by a sale stressful ordeal for me. However, my visit to Nalley Galleria was different. I was not pounced upon when I began looking at cars on the lot by a sales "hawk." My sales person was very low keyed, listened to what I was looking for, and led me to the exact car I had described. When it came to the price, I had an amount in my mind and they came in lower than I had anticipated, and I never felt pressured. There was no going back & forth haggling over the price between me, the sales person, and sales manager, which is a practice I dispise. Everything was very professional but personable. All in all, I am very happy with how the whole transaction was handled. More

My wife and I recently went into Nalley Lexus in Smyrna to look at a Lexus es350 sedan. As soon as we walked in we were immediately impressed with the size of the dealership.
