This was our first Lexus purchase. The entire experience was very professional but with a relaxed feel. All of the staff that we worked with were extremely nice and helpful. Tony Mullany was our salesman was very professional but with a relaxed feel. All of the staff that we worked with were extremely nice and helpful. Tony Mullany was our salesman and immediately expressed a friendly, professional attitude. He was fantastic to work with. By the time we completed our decision making and our purchase, we decided that Tony was not just another "car salesman", but a friend. Tony called us a couple of times just to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase and everything was ok. We would highly recommend Tony and this dealership to everyone. We are very pleased with our new vehicle and will go by just to visit the next time we are in the area. More

Bought my first Lexus from Nalley Lexus. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used auto. I give the rating of "5" because of my overall experience while shopping fo recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used auto. I give the rating of "5" because of my overall experience while shopping for my new vehicle. I worked with Tony Mullaney from the sales team. He was/is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions while not pressuring me to buy. after making my decision on the model I wanted still was not pressured. It was a very laid back experience. I was given a fair price on my trade-in as well as a fair price on my purchase. I was really impressed with the finance department after I signed the contract and took delivery I received a phone call from them the next day. I was told they had found me a cheaper interest rate after the fact and they dropped it to the lower rate. Working with Tony Mullaney and the sales Manager Chris Smith was an enjoyable experience. They are very professional and friendly after the purchase I have received calls making sure everything is good with my car and there is nothing I need. First class customer service from Nalley Lexus. I will be a repeat customer for sure. WJE More

Mr. Autry's has many fine attributes but the primary reason my wife and I could recommend him to our family and friends was that he listened to us without interruption. He did not pressure us or use any of the 'car salesman tactics' that we find so offensive and demeaning towards us as customers. Mr. Autry was straightforward, honest, calm, pleasant and helped us purchase the car we wanted at a price we could afford. He is the nicest and most honorable car salesperson we encountered during the 3 months we shopped for a car. If I owned a car dealership, I would steal him away for my sales team as he represents the philosophy of The Golden Rule which is something that is sadly missed in many people today. We came in for service on our 2011 Lexus ES350 and found the 2013 Lexus Hybrid 300h and decided that it was time to buy. Zach took good care of us in service but as we were looking at the Hybrid, Jody stop the 2013 Lexus Hybrid 300h and decided that it was time to buy. Many dealerships promise excell quality of what you have to offer.” This truism is the epitome of my experience with Jody at Nalley Lexus Galleria. Many dealerships promise excellent customer service. However, Jody, not only provided excellence she truly surpassed it. From the minute that I inquired of purchasing an ES 350, Jody was quick to respond to my email and also followed through with phone calls. I am still amazed of the “going beyond the call of duty” that each associate afforded in order to make my car buying experience, smooth and sensational. Above all, Jody exhibited a great attitude throughout the entire process and stayed after the doors were closed, insuring that I was up to date with all the features of the car making sure that all things were completed. After the sale of the car, many dealerships move on to the next customer. Yet, Jody reached out and followed up with me, to make sure everything was going well. First I would like to say that Nalley Lexus Galleria is First I would like to say that Nalley Lexus Galleria is by far the nicest looking dealership that I have ever seen. The amenities they offer to their clients is second to no one. I didn't see one employee without a smile. My journey to Nalley Lexus started with an email I sent about a car on their lot that was posted on line. To my surprise I had a very prompt reply from Jody Artale a sales consultant. I explained to Jody that I lived 450 miles away and would not be able to come look at the car personally. I asked her to please look over the car and make sure there was no dings or scratches and that the car looked as good as the add on line. Jody took it a step further and took pictures of every inch of the car and assured me that I would not be disappointed. Jody was such a pleasure to work with. She provided answers to all my questions. She assured me all my paper work would be ready when I arrived to pick up the car and true to her word it was. She even picked me up from my rental car drop off point. I would drive 450 miles back to Nalley Lexus to buy another car. Thats how impressed I was with Nalley Lexus and Jody Artale. Next stop was the finance department where I met Joe Maupin. I spoke with Joe on the phone prior to me coming to the dealership. He already had the financing paper work ready to go when we met in his office. Joe is a sharp guy when it comes to finances and very knowledgable in the different coverages Lexus offers. It was a pleasure to do business with him. Nalley Lexus Galleria welcomed me into to their family, detailed my car filled it with gas and sent me on my way home.
