I am from a small town in NC and when I lost the key cover off the driver side door of my Lexus I was told that I would have to get it replaced at a Lexus dealership - the local Toyota dealership could cover off the driver side door of my Lexus I was told that I would have to get it replaced at a Lexus dealership - the local Toyota dealership could not get it for me. I came to Smyrna for a visit and called Nalley Lexus, where the serviceman said that they keep them in stock. When I arrived, a woman saw what I needed and told me to relax with some great coffee. She flew around and within minutes had my car ready to go! And she was so friendly and professional that I left feeling really happy. What a great experience in the city! Thanks, Nalley! More

They diagnosed the problem, worked with me on the price, provided a loa department immediately, and the quality of service I received was excellent. Randy is the first Lexus Sales Consultant I've encountered. He certainly has raised the bar for customer service that other dealerships should strive to offer. Met the service consultants and manager who will be taking care of ES350 when needed. Before leaving the dealership, I was given a thorough orientation on the features of the automobile and my cell phone synchronized with the hands-free system. Overall, a very good experience at this early stage of Lexus ownership. More
I had great customer service!!! This is my wife and I second Lexus from Nalley Lexus and this wont be our last either. My wife picked up her vehicle on Thanksgiving Eve and they stayed open and waited fo second Lexus from Nalley Lexus and this wont be our last either. My wife picked up her vehicle on Thanksgiving Eve and they stayed open and waited for both of us to finish up the paperwork and then spent the extra time teaching us the basics on the vehicle like navi,bluetooth connection,etc. Thanks to Mr. Kim and Artie for the great service!!! He is both honest and efficient, and I believe what he says concerning my vehicle. The foregoing is worth the 100 mile drive. I have been dealing with this Dealership since 1981. I believe the ratings I have given Ryan Burke and Nalley Lexus are well deserved and I would recommend them without reservation. More
