My LX 470 was serviced the week of 2/17/12 and Jeff Jackson is my Service Consultant. There were 3 service recalls on my Lexus 330. The Service department called to remind me that they needed to be done, which was wonderful as I often get busy and ignore the mail. I am a stickler for customer service. Henry provided the best customer experience I have had at Nalley thus far. I was getting maintenance done, and there was a noise that was concerning me. I came in without an appointment and was unsure if I would be able to have my car looked Galleria. I was given as my service consultant Jeff Jackson. He gave me an estimate of how long it would take and I was given a loaner,(a Lexus Ct200h), this was a fun car to drive!! Jeff kept me informed of what services my car needed and gave me explanations that I could understand, (not being a car person, I really appreciated that).
