We visited the Nalley Lexus dealership to have the oil changed in my 2006 Lexus GS300 and looked at a 2013 Lexus GS 350 F-Sport while waiting for the service to be completed. Tony Mullaney approached us and offered a test drive. Normally, I would rather have a root canal performed versus dealing with salesperson at a dealership. However, after a few minutes being with Tony, he came across as a friend that we have known for years. It took over 5 hours with us to finalize a sale. His hourly rate based on his commission was most likely less than the minimum wage. There was absolutely no pressure from Tony or the Nalley management to finalize the sale. The whole experience with Tony was one of the most enjoyable transactions that I have experienced. We changed our mines regarding the color which was not available on the lot. The paperwork had to be recreated along with the numbers. Tony's showed no displeasure with us through the overall negotiation. We will be directing anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to Tony. He is not your typical car salesperson. I was satisfied with the discount on the new vehicle and the trade-in value. Upon delivery 2 days later, he spent an hour plus to explain all the features. He was in no rush to move on to his next customer. Overall, I highly recommend Tony and the Nalley Lexus dealership. More
