The negotiation process at this dealership was not the usual high pressure tactics found at other dealerships-- it was low-key and pleasant. As Larry David would say, "the cars sell themselves". Stephen brings youthfulness and vitality to the sales floor. He works hard for his clients, returns calls and emails, and makes things happen. His experience with luxury cars and buyers is apparent. We traded in our IS 300 for a newer used (Certified) IS350. It was in for service and they offered us a great trade, and a very fair price for the Certified IS350. I have taken my car to Nalley Lexus for service since it was new. This is my second Lexus and I started bringing it to Nalley for service due to the excellent service provided by Tyesha Montford. She has always been friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable regarding my car's service requirements and needs. I realize I pay a premium for having it serviced at a dealership, but the excellent customer service she provides has made me a loyal customer. Although I did not purchase my car from Nalley, I go there for the excellent customer service and confidence I have in Tyesha. She does a great job of explaining the basic service as well as what is required when my car needs other services. She has been wonderful to work with in aspect from arranging loaners, providing me updates on any issues discovered while servicing my vehicle, returning calls, and informing me about upcoming services needed for which I may need to budget. When I have needed to bring my car in for service on her off days, she has really taken care of me with setting appointments with one of her co-workers and letting updating them with my service needs. My car is about 6 years old, so I have years of experience working with her. I highly recommend Tyesha and she is a huge asset to Nalley to me and the other customers that she services. More

I don't think most people WANT to buy a car, but when we finally made the decision to explore our options, we went back for to Nalley Lexus Galleria for the third time. Tony Mullaney was wonderful to wo we finally made the decision to explore our options, we went back for to Nalley Lexus Galleria for the third time. Tony Mullaney was wonderful to work with -- he was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and had such a friendly attitude that we ended up with our third Lexus. He knew up front that we were "on the fence" about actually getting a new car but he never made us feel that we were was wasting his time and we never felt any pressure from him to complete the deal. It's hard to believe he made that much commission from this deal considering the amount of time spent with us! We would highly recommend Tony and this dealership if you're in the market for a new car. More
I only use Nalley Lexus because of Chris Williams. My purchase experience was incredible and it was a joy to work with Chris. However, if rating the service department, I would give them a 90% score. There have been occasions when I dread having my car washed at the dealership. It is never completely dry and I ALWAYS ask the service advisor to grab a towel to dry off my car. I get the feeling that there are SO many cars to wash that they never have time to dry the car off. On my past visit, I drove out of the garage and looked up to see if there was a sticker listing the next scheduled oil/filter change. This is very important to me since there have been times when there is no sticker at all. I want to make sure that a record is kept for my next service visit. On my last visit, the odometer reading was listed as 192,000 miles. However, I have 25,000 miles on my car. Its the little details that always seem to be missed. I had to drive back to the service garage and interrupt my service advisor to fix the sticker. Why didn't the service advisor check to make sure the sticker and the odometer reading were accurate? More importantly, why do I always have to ask to have my car dried off? Finally, it would be a joy if the service department created a system for finding customers when service is complete. Why not provide customers with a remote that you ring once service is complete? Busy restaurants provide you with a remote once you enter and identify your party. The remote buzzes once your table is ready. The service department needs a similar system. My service advisor has no clue where I'm located within the dealership. He is looking everywhere for me. The dealership should not rely on my cell phone to reach me. What if I don't have it with me or I have the ringer on silent? It should not be left up to the customer to provide a cell phone so the service advisor can find them. Why not create your own system for finding customers? It appears to be a very unorganized system. On the other hand, I would prefer NALLEY LEXUS over HENNESSEY LEXUS on any given day! I love the living room feel of the lounge area with the soft chairs and magazine options. Thank you so much for WIFI! You sell a great product and that will keep me coming back for years! More
