After a slightly rocky start with Clive; Winston Peters took the time to provide an answer to my question quickly, I wanted to know "if the previous owner had smoked in the car" and if the car smelled like took the time to provide an answer to my question quickly, I wanted to know "if the previous owner had smoked in the car" and if the car smelled like smoke?. Winston walked out to the car and verified that it did not smell like smoke! Our drive down to Nalley Lexus was going to take over 2 hours - so we didn't want to waste a 4 hour round trip just to find out that the car smelled like smoke. Mary Kidd did an Exemplary job and was Very Professional in her dealings with us. She did not exert any pressure in working with us to wrap up the deal. Stan Gawronski was very knowledgeable and patient while walking us through the finance process. The only issue to speak of - was the low quality wiper blades that the maintenance department put on the car - as the rubber part of the blade on the drivers side did not sit against the windshield very well, leaving about 8 to 10 inches of the wiper blade not resting on the glass. We did not notice the problem until we drove through some rain the day after our purchasing the car. We were able to obtain genuine Honda wiper blades for the car, and they fit perfect. Again, a Big Thank-You to Winston, Mary, and Stan for making a potentially stressful experience a lot easier to go through. More
