Almost got assaulted by a sales associate. I’m sure it’s not representative of the entire dealership but Michael Yoo tried to intimidate and body check me in a pretty scary encounter. To get to that situation, we were sitting in his office and I asked him about a model and he gave a condescending answer as if it were matter of factly. He then proceeded to kick me out of his office after I said I felt like he was pressuring the sale. I went to talk to a manager who apologized. While we were walking out, he storms over and starts physically trying to intimidate me and body check me. In front of his manager. His manager had to pull him off. I have had a series of disappointing experiences with the service department at Nalley Lexus Galleria, despite purchasing the vehicle from this dealership. Twice I brought in my vehicle for service appointm service department at Nalley Lexus Galleria, despite purchasing the vehicle from this dealership. Twice I brought in my vehicle for service appointments only to later be told that they "were too busy to get to me today". On a third instance we attempted to order parts and have them installed at this dealership for our other Lexus, but we were unable to get anyone to return our calls (3 messages). The appearance when visiting is that the service department is understaffed both in terms of techs and reps. The rep we use was apologetic and clearly having to make a lot of excuses lately. We were told "to call management because they don't listen to us." We have moved our service to another dealership which is much further away, despite this dealership being just minutes from us (and the one from which we purchased the car). More

I took my car in for a recall repair. My car was driving perfectly. In less than two hours I got a text with approximately $18000 worth of repairs it urgently needed. I had been driving Lexus cars since the 1990s in Los Angeles. When I moved to ATLANTA in 2002 I continued to buy Lexus cars and a RX330 which I drove across the country. I finally decided to try a BMW for the German driving experience. I did enjoy the car. What I did NOT enjoy was the after service. The attitude of employees, their constant finding of new, expensive things to “fix”, their lack of putting the customer first. Everything negative I heard about BMW came true. After watching the price of gas creep up, I complained to a friend who raved about his LEXUS ES300h……He has driven these cars since they first came out…..and loves his hybrid. Yesterday I went back to NALLEY Lexus and, after texting exactly what I wanted, I met with Jae Calloway. After 4 hours I left a very happy customer. Jae went above and beyond in making the purchase experience painless, even set my phone up with the car’s Bluetooth. . I got a late model fully loaded ES300h……a good price on my BMW trade in…..the financial man was extremely polite and not high pressure…..I ought the only hybrid sedan in their inventory. They sell them as fast as they get them. Having a LEXUS that uses regular gas is truly wonderful. I am happy to be back in the Best brand I have ever dealt with. More

I purchased a new RX350 2 weeks ago and was delighted to work with Alexis Kellerman. She was knowledgeable and professional as well as fun to work with in providing answers to my many questions. I wanted work with Alexis Kellerman. She was knowledgeable and professional as well as fun to work with in providing answers to my many questions. I wanted many features that were no longer available due to end of year sales but she managed to find a car in another state and have it shipped. Thank you Alexis! Also, I want to commend Nalley Lexus for their outstanding service. I have been dealing exclusively with them since around 2008 and have never had one complaint. Thank you Nalley! No car is any better than it's service department and Nalley cars are outstanding! More
