Their staff was polite, attentive and respectful of time. The facility was very clean. We quickly reached a fair value on our trade-in and a great price on our new purchase. This dealership does not push or play games. John Cohan and Chad Douglas (mainly Chad) answered every question and concern. Chad exudes customer service. Be sure to ask for Chad. What a very positive experience for my family. I would quick recommend Nalley Lexus Galleria to anyone! More
Best Customer Service and Buying Experience! Chad Douglas at Nalley Lexus Galleria went above and beyond to create an exceptional buying experience. Our old Lexus lease was finished and we had t Chad Douglas at Nalley Lexus Galleria went above and beyond to create an exceptional buying experience. Our old Lexus lease was finished and we had to turn our car in but did not know what our next car would be. Convertible? SUV? Crossover? Sedan? Lease? Purchase? We did not know what we wanted! Chad was very accommodating, He patiently and professionally showed us everything we wanted to see, never rushing us. We settled on the 2017 RX350. What color do we want? Black? White? Silver? We had him pull all of them side by side so we could decide. After that we went home to think about it. Then I started bombarding Chad with emails, "What about this?" "What if I want that?" There must have been a hundred different scenarios that I posed to Chad and he VERY QUICKLY gave me all the answers. STRAIGHT ANSWERS! No DOUBLE TALK. Chad Douglas wanted to make sure I was well informed before making my decision. To top it off we came in right before closing to make the purchase. Chad was a true professional, never making us feel rushed, even though is was late. There are a lot of car salespeople in the world, but very few have given us the complete, professional, fun, satisfying, EXCEPTIONAL car buying experience that Chad Douglas did. Before submitting my application she made sure that the listed car was not sold. Daniela confirmed that no one applied for the vehicle and that she would get back to me. 15 minutes later I received a call from Larry G confirming the approval of my application. Being out of state I could not test drive the car to get a feel for it. This was a Hot item so I made a 2k deposit and was reassured that if I was not 100% Satisfied I would get a full refund. All this happened over the phone and through email on Saturday. I booked my travel to arrive Monday morning and was kindly received by Daniela. Russell the lead tech answered more my questions with a smile as I was examining underneath the car. Needless to say I just bought a used luxury car and am 100% Satisfied!!! NALLEY Lexus is not only interested in your business but also your satisfaction. And I saved even more money and great add-ons warranty features for a lot less. Worst Lexus Service Center I've owned 4 Lexus vehicles and considering replacing my wife's car since we like them, the service and their reliability. Last week I made an oppoin I've owned 4 Lexus vehicles and considering replacing my wife's car since we like them, the service and their reliability. Last week I made an oppointment at Smyrna Lexus, GA to replace the dashboard as part of a recall for the leather failure in a our vehicle (after waiting about a year for the parts). I brought my car in as scheduled at 7ish am and after 3pm I'm told that the work has not commenced. The service agent could not reasonably explain this, to make matters worst he was adamant that I return the loaner vehicle that day, pick-up my vehicle and to reschedule the work at a later date. He could not provide a time in the next few days or weeks to do work. It was clear that Lexus was not exicited about doing this recall work. What a horrible experience, I don't plan to ever bring my vehicles to this service center or purchase a car from this dealer. What ever happened to "pursuit of perfection". More

I am a very satisfied customer and I want to personally thank Henry Holman service consultant. I was having some issues with my radio - Bluetooth on 2015 gs f sport. I have worked with two other consultants on this same issue, and neither have yet to have my car fixed so I switched to Henry and Let him know what the problem was. He made sure to inform me of the repair and assured me that he and tech specialist will help me with any question I may have. Within 2 day I received a call from mr Holman letting me know that my radio was replaced under warranty and it was ready for pickup. Awesome service Henry. Thank you More

My husband texted Muhamed that evening and he responded that the car was still for sale. They worked out numbers and Muhamed emailed us a sales contract. Then he said that he just wanted to be positive that the car was available because it was at another dealership . He told us that he would put his hands on it first thing the next morning. My husband text back-and-forth trying to get an answer. I called him a little twelve afternoon and he informed me that it was his day off but he was driving to the dealership as we were talking. There was no mentioning of him having a day off until now. About an hour later he text my husband and said sorry the car is sold. The deal was basically done. It shouldn't be this hard to buy a car. I know things happen and come up but I truly feel that we were given the runaround and that's too bad. Beware. There are a lot of dealerships out there. Becareful who you choose to do business with. More
