Throughout the years Karl would periodically send a brief message on holidays or special occasions and it just confirmed that when I purchased my next car I would contact him again. I called him this spring with very specific wants, i.e. same model, same color, newer year but with back-up camera. Karl was very patient with me and when I found one through the internet in Smyrna I called him. He met me, only to discover that I had chosen the wrong silver color. I was so disappointed.
