Doing business with Nalley was the worst financial transaction of my life. The main issues were many of the staff lying about the condition of the car, that they would fix the vehicle, that they had transaction of my life. The main issues were many of the staff lying about the condition of the car, that they would fix the vehicle, that they had fixed the vehicle and that they would buy the car back without me losing money. And multiple staff ghosted me. The highlights were a manager saying “I have 35 years experience, I don’t think that mechanic knows what he’s talking about”, “A bolt sticking out doesn’t matter”, “Any car can have the bumper pop out of place at anytime”, and when I asked to speak to a manager I had an appointment with “That person does not work here, you should try a store in another city” that manager was working then and there. These people are very dishonest, lied to waste multiple workdays, kept my car for repairs longer than I used it and ripped me off for thousands of dollars. Since posting this you guys have denied knowledge of this via your responses to my complaint filed with the BBB. I claimed you guys lied a bunch and acted like aggressive weirdos and you didn't deny it. I'm very surprised and confused that you guys said you had no idea what damages to the vehicle I was speaking of on 2/22/2025. The damages shown in the above photos, surprised because you denied knowing what I was talking about 25 days after claiming to have fixed those exact issues. Here is an invoice from 1/29/2025 from you claiming to have fixed these damages you don't know about 4 weeks later. How can that be? The most distressful issues for me are the following: The many lies. The multiple trips to repair the damages. Claiming the damages were fixed. Then claiming you have no idea what the damages are. Asking me to come again assuring me you will take care of it. A bunch of you being very rude and aggressive and not honoring what you assured me many times you would do. Telling me multiple times I didn't have an appointment and should try other stores in other cities. And multiple people ghosting me. After being reassured many times you'd fix the vehicle I was told I didn't have an appointment and should try other stores in other cities. After that four men came out, surrounded me, and one puffed out his chest and rapidly and aggressively spewed a bunch of psycho babble. Told me to sell the car back for a price much less than discussed previously or leave. The car was inspected and those pictures were taken at Alpha Automotive McDonough. I thought I was getting a good deal on a good car. After all this it is clear your prices are consistently very high. It is hard to images you guys did not already know about the damages and did not knowingly lie about it being in excellent condition many times. It seems clear you are the worst liars in business and all your deals are junkers. More
