Do not go here I had a terrible experience overall with this dealership. I bought a car from them , even though I was given wrong information from one of the pushy s I had a terrible experience overall with this dealership. I bought a car from them , even though I was given wrong information from one of the pushy saleman, I had to find someone else who knew a little more. When I went for an oil change, I told them I wanted a shuttle to the mall. She forgot , and left , the one guy there ignored me standing at the desk . So I sat for 3 hrs . Now that I am looking for another car , they harrass me evertday, even though I tell them to stop calling. I wanted to get another car , just because the dealership is close. But , because this dealership is so unproffessional , Ill have to take my business elsewhere. More

Beyond Excellent service I recently went to Nalley Kia to purchase a car, and I was hesitant to do so because of the recent pressure when visiting other dealerships. Worse customer service I have ever experienced I went to this location to get a service recall repair completed on my vehicle. Upon returning I was informed that an oil change was completed for a s I went to this location to get a service recall repair completed on my vehicle. Upon returning I was informed that an oil change was completed for a synthetic blend, this was an issue as I only use full synthetic and i had just had the oil changed completed. I informed the agent that i wouldn't have approved such a thing if i was informed and requested to have the full synthetic oil change. He informed me that his manager stated i would have to pay for the oil change and directed me to speak with his manager. Upon greeting the manager and discussing the issue at hand I was abruptly interrupted and informed he wouldn't assist me. I then inquired to speak with/gain information of his manager. I informed Larry Morgan that i would not return to the dealership. At that time the manager then called me out of my name and followed me to the front stating he didn't car. As the service agent walked me out to my car Larry took the keys from him and drove my car out into the parking lot as i requested my keys so i may leave. He then drove it out further into the parking lot as he spewed derogatory remarks and would not return my keys until a fellow patron convinced him to turn over my keys. I will never go back to this establishment I will going to Thornton Rd from now on. More

Run to Bulldog Kia. Great car but worst sales/svc Lies and run aroend. Had to get Kia motors corp involved w exec complaint. Very upsetting and unpleasant I've been driving Kia cars for 3 years now and I never Been so disrespected at any other Kia place I've dealt with. From the manager on down to sales associates are very disrespectful,rude, unhelpful, unprofessional Plus have no regard or filter. They talk about their customers on the salesfloor while customers are present. They have a lack of knowledge when it comes to customer care about their customers. Also disengaean plus disconcerned when it comes to their customer needs, with whole information from there customers about the cars at the time of purchase.I wouldn't never refer my co-workers, family, or clients there ever again. So they want be taking Advantage of when they're spending their hard-earned money. All for a greedy sales associate to make a sale and make Commission! More

The Best Experience John made my experience with buying a new car for the first time the best that I have ever had.
