Poor customer service I have been calling Nalley Kia Stonecrest for over 20 minutes trying to schedule a service appointment every time I call the phone rings someone picks I have been calling Nalley Kia Stonecrest for over 20 minutes trying to schedule a service appointment every time I call the phone rings someone picks it up and hangs it right back up. A few times someone did answer they were rude and barely listen to my request before they transferred me to a voicemail. that I did speak with someone they transferred me the phone woulg then just rang rang rang no answer and then goes to voicemail and then hangs up on you. this is very bad customer service and unprofessional. I was verbally abused by Marlon and the General manager did nothing about it. He basically co-signed what Marlon Smith said. Don'! Believe the 10 year Warranty HYPE.. I have a 2016 Kia Sorento and the battery has already went out! They tell me it is not covered under the warranty because I bought the car 30 days be I have a 2016 Kia Sorento and the battery has already went out! They tell me it is not covered under the warranty because I bought the car 30 days before 2016 so it is considered to be a 2015. I got all of my maintenance done by them and haven't neglected service. The battery cost $291.00 and can't last for 2 years!! Run!! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS CAR OR DEAL WITH THEM!!! THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY OR STAND BEHIND THE WORKMANSHIP OF THE CAR!! More

The salesperson wasn’t knowledgeable about anything he was acting very nervous which made me feel nervous about getting the car. Although I didn’t feel comfortable with the salesman I still wanted the car even though the finance managers didn’t give me the best deal however once I signed all of the paperwork and got insurance on the the car and was ready to pay the finance manager he began to talk to me in a very condescending way. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day but I felt as if he took his frustrations out on me which made the deal fall through. Days afterwards when I’m trying to get the vehicle took off my insurance the managers at the dealership will not give me anything stating that I never left the lot with the car so I can be refunded the money from my insurance company. I don’t recommend you call me here to buy a car they will try to take advantage of you and give you a hard a time. I’m a first time buyer and my experience was horrific thanks to the staff at Kia Nalley of Stonecrest! DO NOT SHOP HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT !!! This is from the heart I would hate for someone to experience this type of bad customer service!!! More

They illegally changed my information on file, and the service manager marlon accused me of something I didn’t do, when I had documents to prove what I was saying. He looked at my documents and agreed that the facts was there, yet because he knew the paper work was illigally done at nalley Kia, he started to give me the worse customer service experience I ever experienced. They were very disrespectful, and Liars. This whole situation could have handled different. I had my facts and was still accused and walked away from. I still did not get any help the entire 2hrs I was there. More
Owner of the Car that WON’T Crank! Amir sold me a brand new 2019 Kia Optima with 10 miles on it. I brought it home & on Day 5 it wouldn’t crank or go into gear. I called Amir who refus Amir sold me a brand new 2019 Kia Optima with 10 miles on it. I brought it home & on Day 5 it wouldn’t crank or go into gear. I called Amir who refused to arrange for a meeting with the Service Manager or General Manager but instead insisted that I bring in the car, & he would deal with it. I brought the car in. Amir did NOT arrange for a loaner nor alert the Service Manager I would be coming. I had to leave my car & find a ride home. Amir told my friend who came to pick me up that I “didn’t know how to crank it” & that nothing was wrong with the car because “you know how girls are.” I WOULD NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM SUCH A MONEY HUNGRY SALESMAN WHO HAD NO REGARD FOR ME! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGER I have been going to this Kia location for car service since 2015, the Customer Service used to be excellent, and I used to like the staff. I had I have been going to this Kia location for car service since 2015, the Customer Service used to be excellent, and I used to like the staff. I had a 2009 Kia that I brought with me to Georgia from Philadelphia. Since I liked staff, and I had purchased a home 3 miles from this location. I decided to purchased another vehicle at this location, to support my local car dealership, because let’s also face it people only buy from people they like. I liked John the salesman because he always talk to me, and welcome me every time I came to get service at this location. So in late December 2017 I decided to purchase another Kia, since the first one never gave me trouble. I purchased a 2017 Kia with extended warranty. I continue to come to this location for service, because again I like the staff. Every time I came for service they always check to see if my service was covered under my warranty. My last past 3 car services were the WROST!!!! This location has taken a change for the WROST. The wait time just to check your vehicle in from walking into the door, and speak with a representative is 45mins. The wait time for a normal oil change used to be 30 mins to a hour now it’s 4 hours. The customer service is POOR since they gotten this new staff of employees, and new manager. The old manager used to come out his office and help, but this new manager just sit in his office even when he sees his staff is overwhelmed. On 9/28/2018 I came to get my 2017 low high beems lights replaced. They wanted to charge me over $100!! Since it’s 2018 I ask was this covered in my EXTENDED warranty? I was told they have no way of seeing that, but before when I used to come in they always explained to me what was covered, and not covered. So I asked to talk to management because now I’m upset because I’m going back and forth with the representative, but she not paying me any attention. It’s close to closing (5:00pm) and she getting ready to shut her computer, and everything down WHILE WE ARE TAKING. I’m a customer too, just because I’m the last one here, I deserve the same attention as the customer that was talking to you at 8:00am. I know the manager hears because his door is open, but he never comes out to help. So I ask to talk with the manager. I explained my self with upset essayist in my voice tone but I never used bad language. The manager told me not to talk to him loud or with that tone. Like I’m his child, and if I don’t speak in a low tone, I have to GET OUT. I said fine give me my vehicle and I will leave, because you will not tell me how to address you when you clearly allowed the situation to reach this point. 1. I have the right to be explained what is on my warranty, and what is, and not covered. 2. I have the right to ask question after spending $30,000 with your company. 3. I have a right to ask questions when I Support my local business. 4. I have the right to excellent customer service because I’m a CUSTOMER like everyone ELSE PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS...Because they don’t SUPPORT US the COMMUNITY....They need to get a NEW STAFF and MANAGER....Bring the old STAFF, and MANAGER back...People buy from who they like and no one likes someone that just TAKE their MONEY and tell them to kiss their BUTT after they took their BUSINESS More
Excellent Customer Service I actually came in to get my 2017 Kia Forte service and I met with Cassandra Lewis and she was extremely amazing she made sure that I knew my vehicle I actually came in to get my 2017 Kia Forte service and I met with Cassandra Lewis and she was extremely amazing she made sure that I knew my vehicle was in great hands, her customer service was amazing, as I continue to roam to past time I heard some one greet me and call my name and I noticed it was Kearis McGriff, I was actually shocked that she remembered who I was from the last time I came in. I sat with Kearis and Tarrance Davis and as usual they won me over and I ended up leaving my 2017 Forte behind and left with a brand new 2018 Kia Optima. I absolutely love my new car. I would like to Thank the three of you for everything. I am forever a Nally Kia customer. I definitely recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle go see Kearis McGriff or Tarrance Davis, and if you need your car service go check out Cassandra Lewis she will make sure you are good. Nalley will give your title away Be aware of Nalley Kia Stonecrest purcased a SUV from there paid cash with a cashier's check from my bank GA United credit union. So they in error so Be aware of Nalley Kia Stonecrest purcased a SUV from there paid cash with a cashier's check from my bank GA United credit union. So they in error so they say gave my title to GA Credit Union. This all happened between May 2018 to today July 6 2018 to get a answer of where my title was. BEWARE More
