When a business fails to live up to its word, find another business. Never sign anything without reading it first. Never take sales people at their word, get it in writing. We contacted Nalley Kia to purchase a new Soul!. After a visit and a few phone calls and e-mails (with Juawn and Amber) we settled (or so we thought) on a price, interest rate, down payment, trade in, and out of state registration. We discussed the difficulties of purchasing a car from another state and were assured it would be no problem, they had procedures in place to handle it. When my daughter arrived to purchase the Soul, she was kept waiting almost an hour after her appointment time and three hours later she left without a new car. Everything we had already settled on was questioned (and met with attitude) or changed (Juawn wasn't there and Amber tried to handle the sale). Everything except the price, but we had that in writing. The next day, I called Juawn, thinking I should give him a chance to make it right since he wasn't at work when my daughter was there. I told him what happened and he said he would talk to someone and call me back in 30 minutes that was 6 hours ago. The best thing I can say about the dealership is Nalley Kia is a really good place to teach your kids about business ethics and customer service, or, rather, the lack thereof. BTW: we still plan to purchase a Soul, just need to find a better dealership. More
I love my Kia Soul and Clive made it happen! The team did a great job. I came in to take a look at the Kia Soul, maybe test drive it and see if I liked the way it felt. I was initially interested in a used one, and I felt a bit unsure about the price and everything at first. Clive and Ali assured me that a test drive wouldn't hurt. They also expalained the pros and cons of a new or used car. After my test drive, I was still hesitant but Clive and my husband told me to let them run the numbers. Clearly in the end I brought my car..I absolutely love it. The Kia team I had did a great job, they did everything to get me what I wanted. Thanks Clive, Marniqua and Ali. You rock!!! More

I was disappointed in the length of time it took to finalize the deal, start to finish over 4 hours with 3 of those hours waiting on paperwork and to get in with one of the finance officers. I am hopeful that if I choose to use this dealer to service our new Soul, we do not run into the same "sense of urgency" issues. More

So I prayed on it, asked God to guide my feet, and I ended up at Nalley KIA!!!! From the time I walked in the whole transaction took 2hours, I was on my lunch break. I walked in with a 2003 Ford Explorer and left with a 2015 KIA Forte!!!!! BEWARE OF UNETHICAL BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We had the same experience as Bless25. We went in pre-approved with a 2.93 APR and were told by the credit manager that our pre-approval rating was in We had the same experience as Bless25. We went in pre-approved with a 2.93 APR and were told by the credit manager that our pre-approval rating was incorrect and invalid. He told us that he contacted our financial institution directly and produced a document, that he said came from them, showing a 6.41 APR. He then tried to pressure us into signing this document and we refused. My husband called our financial institution and they confirmed our 2.93 APR with the credit manager at which point he left the office without so much as an explanation or apology. He was caught red handed, blatantly lying and trying to deceive us!!! Then the GM comes in to discuss our options and was rude, arrogant and unconcerned about our complaint with the credit manager. His only solution was for us to sign the bogus documentation with the incorrect APR of 6.41, if we wanted to take the car. After being there for 6 hours, pre-approved, we walked away upset and frustrated due to the unethical business practices of the GM. The salesman, Carlton Foreman was honest, professional and a pleasure to work with despite the lack of support from his management team. DO NOT FALL FOR THE UNETHICAL BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! More
