Extremely poor service. The service manager is ridiculous and refuses to pull a recording to confirm what was told to me by his department. He' rather stick with what works as to why they are not refunding me for service that they performed that did not fix my car on to find that the issue was to replace an engine that was installed in December 2022 that is bad. One of the service agents advised that they would manipulate my engine to get the campaign to through at Kia after they have attempted several times to fix this car only to determine that it was a engine issue as I first stated when the car got there in July. To date, my car is still there. I recorded them stating that they would manipulate my engine thankfully. More
This really should be a zero. My appointment was on March 28th. Manager Diamond got it in the system and promised to have the diagnostic completed within a couple of days and that she would call me. She did call to let me know that my car was in the area but the diagnostic wasn’t complete but that she promise it would be done and she would call me Saturday April 9th before 3. I got no call by 1:30 so I decided to call them and left a voicemail. No return call at all! Several calls to the nice operator and a couple of other people that promised to email Diamond and CC the other manager and another guy offered to actually put the message in her hand so she would return my call. I even called Kia Consumer affairs and she put me on hold while she called them 3 times and ended up leaving a message for the manager to return her call. I got no response from that either! I finally got a call from Diamond on the 20th of April about the diagnosis and recommendations and just got my car back May 2nd. I was never rude or nasty when I called because it wouldn’t have fixed anything. Most customers don’t get to upset if they are kept in the loop, people get mad when they are ignored! I wasn’t even going to do a review on my own because I feel like that type of behavior is acceptable because this is not the only kia with these complaints and the google complaints about the same thing go back for a while. I did the review because I got the text. The lack of customer service and disregard for the fact that you have a person means of transportation and that they’ve spent a ridiculous amount on a rental that will be reimbursed in up to 4 months is crazy! There is no way I could work somewhere where I have someone’s car and ignore them! I could think of a ton of other options other than scheduling someone for an appointment and not honoring the commitment that you made! If your short staffed or overwhelmed how bout you don’t schedule beyond your means or maybe pull staff if available from another kia or transport the car to another kia to be fixed! Anything other than putting the customer in a bind. Oh and I had a letter come in the mail for the anti theft software update and called to see if they could do it since they already had the car since March but was told I would have to schedule a separate service appointment and the first available is at the end of June! Horrible! More
I used to enjoy coming to Nalley KIA for vehicle purchases and services. This new staff is just horrible! I was greeted by Diamond on Saturday, 4/3 just before noon. I was told that I would have to leave my vehicle over the weekend and that I would receive an update on Monday. It is now Tuesday and after several calls and being placed on hold and sent to voicemail, I am told, today, that my vehicle has still not been looked at and oh by the way, did Diamond not tell you that it will take 2 wks for your vehicle to be returned back to you? And no mention of a loaner vehicle being issued. This is totally unacceptable!! I have things to do and need my vehicle to do them! My 2018 KIA Optima has less than 51,500 miles and is still under warranty! I will be taking my services elsewhere from now on. This is just ridiculous and unprofessional. No one even has the decency to contact me with an update. I have to play phone tag with the services office as if this is my only job! I have yet to speak with a manager!! Very dissatisfied and frustrated! More

Don’t provide services that are advertised. Recall not available for the last 3 months.Arrived at dealer at 7:40am and notified at 9:00am that they didn’t have the recall part. I have been to 2 appointments and part not available. Service Manager Shaun came in wait area with white customer husband and talk to that individual but when I tried to talk to him. I was told by him that I needed to talk to my service representative. I was at this facility for over 3 hours. I was told they couldn’t verify my information due to the system being down by my service representative Fits. I left at 10:45. My service will be complete at Chamblee Kia. I advise anyone that needs help to go elsewhere. I will not be returning. More
Going legal on this dealership. Paid them almost $2000 to fix our 2020 Kia and STILL throwing the same codes. Won’t return our calls and treats us like we are beneath them. I’ve stood in the service department and listen to the phones ring off the hook! The service manager, Shawn, is a poor excuse for a manager. I’m actually about to go pick up my car now and take it somewhere else. I will NEVER purchase another Kia! I’m filing BBB as well! They should not be allowed to treat customers the way they do!! More
Please do not buy a car gear and do not service it here either. They are the worst. They will keep your car. Not tell you anything, not answer your calls. Not return emails or messages.
