After paying to have my car towed to this dealership and waiting for close to 3 hours, I was told that I needed to replace the battery terminal. I paid $145 and left the dealership. I drove less than 2 mile waiting for close to 3 hours, I was told that I needed to replace the battery terminal. I paid $145 and left the dealership. I drove less than 2 miles and my car stopped running and had to be towed back to the dealership. They then told me I needed an alternator. They had more than enough time to accurately diagnose the issue. They were not competent and the service advisor lacked customer service skills and knowledge. She ignored me and tried to blame her lack of knowledge on me. I will NEVER visit this dealership again. I would also like a refund for the battery terminal I paid for considering it didn’t fix the issue at all. More

Great service. Hopefully remembering tech who took care of us...Javon? Went way over what he needed to do bc hought i left my car keys there.
