After swearing off Nalley I choose to go back for oil change as it was best price and convenient. Upon arrival the bay was full of cars before 8am for which was my appointment time. After staff moved some cars I was able to drive in and advised my advisor for the day was Javon Cannon. I had never worked with Javon before however my experience was excellent. He keep me involved with the status of my vehicle not only by text but personally walking over to talk to me. So for Javon I give 5 stars for Nalley well given prior experiences I will give them a 4 as my brakes still squeal and they were last to work on brakes. But I disgress. More
