While walking through the facility, every representative we passed was friendly and and wanted to ensure your comfort there (we were guided to the coffee, bagels, lounge area, etc). At no time did anyone overwhelm us or make us feel we HAD to purchase, nor did anyone make us feel as though we did not belong there. This dealership opens it's arms and provides the utmost customer service. The financial process was smooth and explained in full. In addition, all questions and concerns were answered (and I had many!) and I never felt rushed. I am glad we decided to come by that day. More

I first purchased a 2007 M35 from Myshia Hill and was so pleased with that car I went back and purchased a 2010 EX35 for my mother which she loves. I currently now am a proud owner of a 2013 M37 "S" which I love. Myshia worked really hard to find this vehicle that I wanted with all the options that I had required and just in a few weeks my new baby was here...and she's awesome....!
