Hi Brian, While I appreciate your response, I am still extremely dissatisfied with the overall situation. It’s frustrating to hear that these oversights “do not reflect the high standard of service” you claim to aim for when this has already caused me significant inconvenience and stress. Frankly, this should never have happened in the first place, and I find it hard to believe that such glaring mistakes are not part of a larger issue. The lack of attention to detail and failure to address my concerns promptly is completely unacceptable. What I need now is action, not another apology. Specifically, I expect: 1. A clear explanation of how this will be resolved. 2. A timeline for when I can expect these issues to be fixed. 3. Assurance that I won’t face any further inconvenience or cost as a result of your team’s mistakes. I shouldn’t have to follow up repeatedly to ensure my concerns are taken seriously.
