I had actually found Chad's name on this web site before reaching out to his dealership and based on the great recommendations he already had we contacted Chad directly. In most cases when you read a review it is because someone purchased something from someone. In this instance, my wife and I ended up leasing an Infiniti from another dealership. However, even though we ended up deciding to lease the car from someone other than Chad I still felt compelled to share our experience as I believe sometimes reviews when you don't make a purchase are just as helpful. In the end, the sole reason we did not end up leasing our Infiniti through Chad was due to the price of the car. I am very analytical in nature and use the numbers to primarily guide my decisions. When working with Chad, he was always extremely professional, knowledgeable, and prompt every time we interacted. He understood the questions I was asking, and why I was asking them. Never once did he try to pressure me into a sale. At the end of our decision process we were deciding between two dealerships. The other dealership offered a price that Nalley was unable to match in this case. Chad was very honest and direct with me that it would not be a good business decision for them, which I totally understood. He was extremely gracious and appreciative for the opportunity and asked if he could keep in touch so we could talk again the next time we are in the market. I would gladly welcome Chad's call, and will recommend him to friends that are in the market as well. More

I had an Inifiniti to trade in and the deal with the trade, the mileage and condition of the trade was very fair (miles a little over, tires needed to be replaced). My lease was expiring soon so I made an appointment with Myshia to review my options. While she is now a manager, she took care of me personally. She gave me three options, one of which was to purchase the car I was leasing. That's what I decided to do and from there it was just a matter of waiting for the paperwork to be completed. The other two options were to lease or purchase another convertible or get an IPL. I love the IPL specs but don't like the limited interior color/trim options. There was no pressure at all from Myshia. We had an honest conversation about the current models (exactly the same as they were 3 years ago) and she respected the decision. Based on her integrity, fair dealing (that does not always mean the lowest price) and overall warmth and friendliness, I highly recommend her. More

I felt like the dealership was clear on the pricing of the car and was very competitive with all of the other dealerships in Atlanta. The test drive process was great and I didn't feel like there was any pressure to commit. Overall, the process was pretty smooth and I couldn't be happier with then end result. I have purchased 3 Infinities from Myshia over the yrs!!! Myshia Hill as always been my go to person at Nalley Infiniti. I have purchased a total of 3 Infinit's over the years with her. Friendly, professional, efficient, and truly makes you feel like you are her only customer. She is very quick to return phone calls and emails. I tell her exactly what I want and she works to get me everything I ask for. Never tries to make me settle for anything. Meaning so many dealerships really push the vehicles they have on the lot. If I want Black they try to get me to buy a White vehicle. Myshia always tells me what my options are to get exactly what I am asking for. She never rushes my decision and is never pushy. This resent purchase of my 2014 QX80 Myshia was assisted by Ramona who was also amazing. Ramona was so friendly and really went above and beyond getting all my junk moved from my trade in vehicle to my new QX80. Ramona is wonderful. In addition, I spent so much time reviewing my options and deciding between two vehicles that the day got away from me. Then when it was time to purchase I was running out of time due to my schedule. I don't think I have every completed the paperwork to purchase so quickly. I expressed my time crunch and that I might need to come back the next day. They had all my paperwork completed in under 20 mins and I was out the door. I have been a customer of Nalley Infiniti since 2008 and they treat me like family. Not just Myshia. The service department really strive for excellence and are so easy to get service scheduled for times that work best for my busy schedule. Darren Thompson is my assigned service rep and I think he is great. He knows me and my vehicle like it's his. When I call I don't have to recap anything. He knows. I HIGHLY recommend Nalley Infiniti. I wouldn't go anywhere else. More

Having discussed a specific Z4 for days, knowing that I would be driving in from 5 hours away, that I was aware it could sell before I got there, your sales-team opted to lie, stall, and play games instead would be driving in from 5 hours away, that I was aware it could sell before I got there, your sales-team opted to lie, stall, and play games instead of being professional and respectful of my time. We saw the Z4 physically being hidden from us while we were waiting extensively for Tom to meet us in the lobby. Multiple people went "looking for Tom and the Z4", even after we saw it being driven around to the backside of the building. Taking the car to the back to be detailed?...nope, just hiding the car from us while sending the receptionist to walk the lot and slowly "look for it". Was Tom was glad to see us drive in from Nashville?...nope, didn't answer cell phone or office request to come to lobby for over 45 minutes. Was Tom quick to recover and apologize? ...nope, attempted to cover up previous lies with more lies about not knowing what was going on, didn't see cell calls, didn't realize we were here, didn't know I was driving in after I had called all the way up to to our 4am road trip departure. Did the manager come out and set the story straight? ...nope, just let my husband and the receptionist walk the lot aimlessly. Did the car sell right before we got there? ...nope, 3 days ago. My goodness I did NOT expect this at a luxury dealership in Atlanta. Just disgraceful! More

He was very knowledgeable on the vehicles, patient with our thorough test drives and deliberations, and courteous to our time constraints when we had our little baby girl along for the visits. The negotiation process was fast and reasonable, arriving at a fair price and a win-win, including full extended warranty and care packages. Chad has also done a nice job of following up on our satisfaction after the purchase, which is nice in continuing our relationship with him and Nalley. We own a 2005 G35 and now the new QX60, hoping to keep Infiniti's in the family for life. If our experiences continue to be as positive and courteous as they have been with Chad, there is no question our business will be with Nalley Infiniti of Marietta.
