Salesperson - Bob Leyda Finance - Joshua Cox I purchased a car from this dealership in the past (7 years ago) with no problem. This experience was the worst ever. They were so pleasant to get the sale completed, yet deceitful about everything! Bob begin to be non-responsive after I purchased the car. I signed a WE OWE at the time of purchase, the document was not copied and put into my documents to take home, and no one could find the paperwork later when I went to the dealership to retrieve the paper. In the WE OWE was a spare key. I tried to follow-up via email and Bob ghosted me. I had to call and arranged to get the spare key but Bob told the key guy that I was paying out of pocket. I corrected the key guy and told him it was in a WE OWE. After that I somehow got a spare key under Certified Infiniti, despite my car not being Infiniti certified. Later Bob sent an email asking me to sign a new WE OWE stating that this document would acknowledge that I received the key. I refused because I knew the document was not an acknowledgment, but rather a NEW document. I had to go into the dealership to have everything fulfilled. Which is when he told me “we don’t have the original document and the managers told me to get you to sign this one”. They are complete liars! Josh handled the financing for my car. He stated that the only way we would receive the lowest possible interest rate is to make CPO wrap the car. I agreed but later called the bank and VSC company and they both stated that is not the case. Your interest rate is solely based on your credit profile and the year of the car makes a difference but the warranty is totally optional. I immediately went to Infiniti to cancel the warranty in-person because I was furious about how much we had been mislead at the point of sale. If this $4,000 optional contract was not added my auto payment would be about $70 less. Now I have to follow-up with everyone almost weekly to ensure that this VSC was in fact cancelled and it will be removed from my auto loan. Just in case they try to “lose this document” as well. Also, Josh stated that he would have the general manager to contact me to “make things right”. I have not heard from anyone to date. Another lie! Overall I would give my experience a 1 out of 5 stars only because I don’t have the option for a 0. However, Lavonne at the front desk was so nice!! What a breath of fresh air! While dealing with those liars she ensured that my 3-year old and I were comfortable! More

I can’t give a concrete answer yet, because it’s only been 2days that I have had my car back. I can’t say that the repair was done correctly. If I’m talking about service, yes they will receive a 4. 8. But if you talk about sales and acknowledgement when you are on the car lot, they may get a 1.2 or less.
