I appreciate Mr. Echols response but that is where the communication started and stopped. First he provided the wrong number to contact him. I called the number above and was told that he does not work in this store. I was then provided with the correct number 404-994-4328. I waited until after the holidays and called the correct number on 3 different times and on 3 different weeks. I was transferred to his phone where the voicemail answered. Three times I left a message advising who I was, why I was calling, and my contact number with no response. This dealership is just bad business and don't care about the customer. I would never buy anything from there again or an Infiniti for that matter due to this horrible experience. This just seems like an automated response for damage control.
