Jennifer Townsend was easy to work with and got us the best deal on our trade and purchase. She was down to earth, professional and respectful; didn’t play games and that’s my top priority. I came into Nalley to try to figure out a replacement for my beloved 15 QX60, that had been recently hit and totaled. I knew that an Infiniti would be the best replacement, as I’ve owned 2 and they’ve been great cars. I wasn’t sure how the buying experience was going to work as this was going to be the second car for our family that was replace in a year (other car was hit and totalled in January). Nicole listened, gave me viable options and went out of her way to get my family in an Infiniti that we liked and that worked for our lifestyle and budget. She is super patient and a consummate professional. Thank you to Nicole and Larry Cucerello for getting me and my family back on the road. More

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Pros: Great Location,Nice waiting area, Fast Wifi, Reasonable Service time Cons: Everything Else Very Dissatisfied with customer services Shad Pros: Great Location,Nice waiting area, Fast Wifi, Reasonable Service time Cons: Everything Else Very Dissatisfied with customer services Shady Sales Team Wish Negative Star Ratings was allowed Reasons/Details: My overall experience and feedback is such that; My mom bought a vehicle at this stealership less than a year ago. The salesperson verbally promised her 2 complimentary service changes. She got the first service change with no problem. I took the vehicle in for the second service change and the shady practices of these stealerships’ revealed its ugly eye. The service personnel said that she doesn’t see any records promising 2 Service changes. I was then referred to the sales manager Fred M. who said 1) the guy who sold the vehicle conveniently (due to covid-19) no longer works there and 2) showed me signed paperwork very conveniently (for them) indicating 1 service change promised. I was not the least bit surprised by this having bought many vehicles myself and unfortunately I was not present for this particular sale. My mom is a straight up and very honest person and these sales sharks would say/promise anything to get a sale and if you don’t get it in writing and sometimes even if you do get it in writing unsatisfactory experiences like these still happen. English is not my moms first language and even if it were, the only thing **worse or more intense than purchasing a vehicle is buying a home in terms of the amount of paperwork that needs to be signed on top of 5 plus hours of going back and forth with these sales sharks. Therefore the last thing someone may pay attention to; unless they have been through this before is the after sales details and so called promises. I conveyed my disappointment with the sales manager Fred M. and let him know that I will be sharing my not so great experience online. Instead of taking responsibility that a miscommunication may have occurred and honoring the promise of the second complimentary service. Fred said that I was threatening him with a bad review, I undoubtedly let him know that this was not a threat but a promise to share this experience of the lack of integrity of this stealership. Conclusion For those of you reading this 1. Visit this location at your own risk and 2.Remember to get everything documented. 3. If you are providing any services: for a customer/client no matter what your terms & condition stipulates; if they are not satisfied with your product or service be sure to take care of them to avoid situations like this. FYI Customers are more than likely to speak/share about a negative experience rather than positive one. More
