I have used this service department for years. They are great. I currently drive an hour and a half to get to them. I have two others that are closer but choose them. They did not have a loaner vehicle, they did not even gave the car a rinse on the exterior. I have taken my car into this dealership four times now and they weren’t able to get me an answer until the fourth time and after wasting $1,800 replacing parts from codes that it threw. Poor customer service from the service department. Reached out to the service manager and received a call from someone else. Again, no real answers or resolution. No one was rude or unprofessional just not timely at all with getting anything done pertaining to my vehicle. I won’t use this dealership again. More
