This dealer has kept my car in tip top shape and on the road. The work is exceptional, the customer service is amazing, and given I have an older (07 M45) and newer Infiniti (QX56/80), they take such care road. The oil change was completed and vehicle washed within 45 minutes on a Saturday morning. The service representative was professional and very friendly. This is the worst dealership ever and will not return even for servicing! As a woman purchasing a vehicle without help, I was “taken for” from the beginning. Walked in the dealership with a check in hand even for servicing! As a woman purchasing a vehicle without help, I was “taken for” from the beginning. Walked in the dealership with a check in hand. I went in to purchase a QX60 and advised I would not purchase the vehicle without a warranty. Then ensured a warranty was included (100K miles/6years). Advised I was recording all conversations. Purchased vehicle in Sept 2021, first warranty payment was to be drafted in October. No draft. Called dealership daily and was always transferred to voicemail of Paul which was no longer an employee. In November, spoke to Larry/Finance to inquire was told due to COVID, paperwork was slow processing. First draft was Feb 2021. May 2021, I had to pay $1100 for repairs to motor work. Found out that day, the warranty was for technology only (vehicle cameras). Called dealership today to inquire and then again transferred to ex-employee Paul’s voicemail. Took off work and drove to dealership, stood there an hour and half waiting for someone to help me. Finally, I was escorted to Larry/Finance by him. Explaining/Inquiring what happened in a normal tone due to I take accountability of not asking all of the questions I should have asked, Larry blurts out, “I not gonna argue with you!” I’m now sitting there dumbfounded. Instead of apologizing and being professional, that’s what I got through it all. More
