Refund on cancelled ext. warranty I purchaed an extended warranty on a vehicle from this dealer and and sold it after 3 months, I was told in my contract I could cancel this $3200. war I purchaed an extended warranty on a vehicle from this dealer and and sold it after 3 months, I was told in my contract I could cancel this $3200. warranty ANYTIME, so I sent the info. in to the delaer/finance dept. on Jan 26, 2019 and as of todays date March 11, 2020 I have not received MY refund, I have made SEVERAL (9) attempts to get this and have just been given the run around from 2 different employees (Stacia and Paul Mitchell). He knew the car inside and out and was determined to see that I understood the elements important to me. We test drove, and Larry and his manager Corey put together a great deal.
