Purchased my first Infiniti from Mr. Bob Leyda. He is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Mr. Larry in Finance was also helpful. As with any new car, there is always questions. I had rear brake put on my 2016 QX60 at 30,000 miles, thirty two thousand miles later instead of replacing the front brakes they replaced the rear brakes again at 62,000 miles on 30th July. Took my vehi thirty two thousand miles later instead of replacing the front brakes they replaced the rear brakes again at 62,000 miles on 30th July. Took my vehicle in Saturday 21 August, not even thirty days from July 30th when they put rear brake on my QX60 , now if my front brakes need replace less than a moth after they replace the rear brake, the front needed replaced on July 30 when they replace the rear brakes a second time in 60,000 miles, than she told me the front pads are thicker than the rear pads this why the rear need replaced so often, we know this is a lie, I listen and record everything. The pads are the same thickness. I am a disabled veteran and have a fiduciary law firm handle my finances, I will consult with them for there opinion this is a scam . They think I am a xxxxxx, but one thing that turn me away from certain toe of vehicles is a lie servi department. I going to keep this one but nevertheless will I buy another. This is my wife work vehicle, I drive a BMW, she whip a Benz on weekend. More
