What I experienced today showed me that this dealership and manement don't care nothing about you after they get the sale. They do or say whatever to get you to sign and out the door. I purchased a 2018 QX80 that I was issued two key fobs. One of the key fobs start acting up so I called my girl to bring my other one where I was and to find out that key fob was not for that vehicle. I had to get my car towed home because it was Sunday so I came to the dealership that Monday and asked about this key fob that I was given. Bob the guy who sold me the car told me to come back on Monday between 12:00 and 1:00 and the guy who programs the key fobs will be here. Not once did Bob tell me that I had to pay for their mistake by giving me a key fob that did not work or go to my vehicle which had my VIN number on the sales tag. So when I came back today and met with the guy who programmed the key fobs he stated that I had to come out of my pocket for this so I called Bob back and he said there was nothing that they can do that was the key fob that someone turned into them. So I asked when this car was traded in when it went through service why did they tag this key fob as working for this vehicle when it didn't and why was it giving to me when they know it didn't work for this vehicle. This key fob key wouldn't even open the door after you take it out of the key fob I don't know what vehicle this key go to but it wasn't mine. So I spoke with Brian Bob's manager and he said there was nothing that he can do about this because if they come in that way they just sent it out that way and I asked him was this right and he said yes if it come in that way we give it out that way. And he stated what if I was just giving one key fob i told him I would accept that because I would know I only have one key fob but when you give me two I'm thinking and hoping that both of these key fobs work for this vehicle and I asked him wouldn't he think the same thing he said yes but that ain't how it go. He stated when the cars come in when they go through service that they don't check this stuff they will just give you a key fob that don't work for your vehicle unless it's brand new and I don't think that's right I think if you spend over thousands of dollars with these people they need to check that everything works on this vehicle when you get it especially if it has a warranty to it which mine did. From this experience I would never take anyone to them I would never come back to them to Bob or the manager Brian that I think was very unprofessional with me today I will not give anyone this information to come by a car from them. They get ten thumb down from me. All I ask is you give me what I paid for I didn't buy this car from the side of the road I bought it from the Xfinity dealership Cobb County. So sad that people will do this way and they already see it's hard living out here as it is. Thanks Brian and Bob never again if I can turn this truck back in today I would. More

This is my 3rd vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership and each experience Has been superior! I hate car shopping, but everyone who works here makes the experience enjoyable and they really go dealership and each experience Has been superior! The manger Brian and my salesman James far exceeded my expectations and was very patient with me as I test drove several cars and even drove me to some of their other Nalley dealerships to show me more cars that fit what I was looking for. I appreciate the low pressure sales approach from both Brian and James and would highly recommend them to my friends and family! More
