I brought my car in because it had a leak on the passenger's side that would accumulate inside the car. After several days diagnosing, I was told that the weatherstripping was causing the leak and n passenger's side that would accumulate inside the car. After several days diagnosing, I was told that the weatherstripping was causing the leak and needed to be replaced. They also said the driver's side needed to be replaced, although I had never experienced any leaking on that side. The total cost of the repair was $1,585.26. After the work was done, they mentioned that the windshield might be leaking as well, but that is not something they fix. It took a few days after for it to rain, but when it did the water came right back into my car just as much as it had previously. It turns out they did not properly diagnose the problem and replace parts that did not need to be replaced to the tune of $1,585.26. The following work day, I called to request not a refund, but just that they cover the cost of fixing the windshield, which is less than $300. They declined. There was an offer to split the cost 50/50, but that would require me to drive down there (an hour away) and use their business associate. Since I had already paid more than enough, I declined the offer. I told the service worker that since they would not be true to their word that I would dispute the transaction with the credit card company. The service worker then insulted me and hung up.
