In November I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata. My overall experience was great. Tie Hill assisted me with my purchase. From the moment I was on the lot Tie was very attentive and really listened to what my needs were and what I was looking for in a car. From start to finish Tie and the whole team assisted me and made sure that I was completely happy with my purchase. They made me feel as if I was a part of their family and Tie watched over me during the whole experience even though it did not take long. As they were finalizing the details of the financing Tie took the time to go over the details of the car with me. He showed me how to use certain features of the car and helped me set up my Blue link service. He didn't let me drive away until he was sure I was comfortable with the car so that I could enjoy my driving experience. The next day Tie called me to make sure everything was ok and still continues to check in with me to see if there is anything I need or may have questions about. It is easy to recommend friends and family to the whole Conyers team, because I know that they will be taken care of. Overall it was a great experience and in the future when I am ready to purchase another car I will be calling Tie. More

I set up an appointment to find a car before I arrived. I arrived a little earlier than scheduled and decided to walk around until my designated appointment time. While walking around, I did not realize at the time that the vehicle in which I was interested was located in the back, so I became a little confused about the dealership's capacity to carry my desired car. Ashtin Sims walked out almost immediately as I walked around to the front of the office building and explained to me the layout of the dealership and followed up with the individual with whom I was originally scheduled to meet since I was early. The original person decided to let Ashtin assist us and assist us he did! From the beginning to end, Ashtin was extremely helpful explaining the dealership's vehicle offerings, introducing me to financing people like Robert Smith and Kevin Martin to explain areas with which he did not feel he could fully answer our financing questions, and providing an overall enjoyable experience that I'm sure many do not find at car dealerships. I never felt during my encounter with Ashtin that he tried to take advantage of me and put me into an uncomfortable purchase situation to profit off of me. This was my first experience purchasing a new car as a young professional. I can definitely say because of Ashtin that it will not be my last purchasing experience with this dealership. I live in another city, but I will gladly drive the hour it takes in the future to buy another car when the time is right again. Once I decided on a vehicle, Kevin Martin was also extremely helpful explaining my financing terms and all the insurance and other offerings. He made this experience in finalizing my deal very easy and relaxed and he went above and beyond explaining almost every aspect of every document I signed. More
I have been a loyal customer starting with Courtesy Hyundai when I bought my 1st Hyundai which was a 2005 Accent. I was so impressed with the quality of the car and pesonal service, that I came back an Hyundai when I bought my 1st Hyundai which was a 2005 Accent. I was so impressed with the quality of the car and pesonal service, that I came back and bought a 2011 Hyundai accent. When my wife's 2005 Accent was damaged by a deer in October, we again went back to now Nalley Hyundai to inquire about purchasing another car. Our salesman, Philan Pettigrew, immediately made us both welcome and without any sales pressure took the time to show us several different cars both used and new. When we found a car that fit our needs, we went back and he helped us in answering all questions concerning financing and worked to find the right price. He was very professional and very polite. Also we were impressed with Oliver Lacey and Kevin Martin on assuring us that everything would be all right and they would make sure of it. It is too bad you don't find this type of quality service everywhere. We also met Daniel Williams who happened to see us and introduced himself and offered any help we needed and to let us know that he appreciated us coming back again. It's this type of service that you gave us is why we keep coming back. My husband and I were in the market for a new vehicle. After visiting two other dealership we decided to visit Conyers Hyundai at the recommendation of our son. We were treated royally by both Mr.Cline and Mr. Stephens. We did not purchase on our first visit, but decided to go back the next weekend. Jennifer called to make sure we would be coming in at the appointed time given us. Amish was very patient with us and allowed us to test drive several vehicles until we found the one we were happy with. The General Manager came out to personally greet us on both visits and assured us that a deal that was perfect for us would be worked out. Everyone that we came in contact with were simply a delight and we are ecstatic over our new Santa Fe Sport 2.0T. We love everything about it; color, sleek design performance, etc. Just as promised, we have a payment that we are well pleased with. Hats off to Conyers Hyundai for a job well done. We will recommend this dealership to our family and friends. More
