Very pleasant and satisfied experience. Everybody in the staff is very friendly and make you feel welcomed from the time you step through the doors. Worst first vehicle purchase ever!! I purchased a vehicle On February 3, 2015 from your company. On the very same day the transmission and check engine light came on. I immediately con I purchased a vehicle On February 3, 2015 from your company. On the very same day the transmission and check engine light came on. I immediately contact the sales person. He advised me to bring the vehicle back to have the car checked. The car was kept for about a week. I ask for the report of what was done to the vehicle and was advised that the report was mailed to me. However, I never received a copy. The transmission problem reoccurred a week later. At that time, I contacted the salesperson again. I was then advised that I would need to take it to the dealership. It is now going on my 5th trip to the dealership for the same problem, transmission issues. The vehicle has been in the shop more than I have been able to drive it since the first day I purchased it from your dealership. You state that a trustworthy and fair business. I beg to differ as I was told that I was getting a good vehicle as it was a trade-in by the boss’s son. With that being said, they knew the problems the vehicle was having first-hand. Your dealership has made my first vehicle purchase a nightmare! I feel that I was taken advantage of as a young lady fresh out of college. Thanks More
