After my very well loved suv was totalled, I was in need of an SUV that I liked equally or more than what I owned. He delivered outstanding customer service, was very informative and knowledgeable of the vehicle I was purchasing while not being pushy or aggressive in his approach. He maintained communication with me and sent me updated pictures of the options that were available. I felt very comfortable with my decision and was happy to work with him. While I did not feel I received the same professionalism from someone else in another department and considered going elsewhere because of it, I closed the deal with Destin.
