Car didn't enter the shop till 2.5 hours AFTER my appt. time I've been a service customer here since 2008. The "check engine" light was on & the engine was running rough, so I phoned to make an appt. They gave m I've been a service customer here since 2008. The "check engine" light was on & the engine was running rough, so I phoned to make an appt. They gave me the time; I didn't request it. I arrived 30 min. EARLY, checked the car in, & sat down to wait. My car didn't even go in the shop till 2.5 hours after the appointment time. They gave me some doublespeak about "upsales" as the reason for the delay. The actual repair took another 2.5 hours. As far as I can tell, the problem was correctly diagnosed & repaired, but I don't expect to spend 5 hours waiting for a tune-up, oil change, & tire balancing. If this is how they treat a long-time customer, I need to find a new repair shop. More

I know if it was me I would have not wanted to go outside to discuss anything let alone to sale a car. But I understand this is how the salesman make his living. He even offer us coffee and lead to an area where we could get snacks. He went through all formalities and procedures that carsalesmen do inspite of the challenging weather.I appreciated him not brushing us off so he could stay warm, its not easy working in freezing weather while maintaining a courteous and proffessional attitude. I can tell that this brother takes his job very serious I respect that in a individual,"Good job!" More
