My recent purchase My salesman, Amish, was extremely helpful in my vehicle purchase. I felt I left having made a good purchase, however, while in the process of acquirin My salesman, Amish, was extremely helpful in my vehicle purchase. I felt I left having made a good purchase, however, while in the process of acquiring a duplicate title for my car I was trading in to the dealership I was told by the general sales manager, Will Robertson, that after I received the duplicate title (which was an out of state title) that I would have to register and title the vehicle in the state of Georgia and give them a Georgia title which had never been discussed prior to me signing all of my paperwork. I was told that it was "required" in the state of Georgia to do this and that if I didn't want to do that I could come pick up my trade in. After I called around I found out this was not the case and emailed Mr. Robertson about this and was then contacted by the finance manager, Kisha Dodds, who said not to worry about getting it titled in Georgia. I felt offended that I was lied to and had I not researched it further I would have had to pay for something that I didn't have to. It is for this reason that I would probably not purchase a car from this dealership in the future. I would like to make it clear that it was not due to the salesman, Amish, or finance manager, Ms. Dodds but because Mr. Robertson basically lied to me, I can only assume, in hopes for me to cover the cost to tag & title the car in Georgia. It was a disappointing end to the purchase that had otherwise been a pleasant buying experience. More

Beyond Exceptional Experience I cant express enough how satisfied I am with my purchasing experience at Nalley Hyundai. From the moment I came in to contact with Keosha over the ph I cant express enough how satisfied I am with my purchasing experience at Nalley Hyundai. From the moment I came in to contact with Keosha over the phone I can tell it wasn't about "just making a sale". I told her exactly what I was looking for and in a timely manner, she was able to give me all the information i needed about the vehicle I wanted. She set up an appointment taking into full consideration MY schedule, I didn't feel rushed or pressured to come in. When I arrived at the dealership, Keosha didn't greet me with a rehearsed line and a hand shake, I was greeted with a genuine hug. The entire experience was surprisingly warm, friendly and she was so relatable to me and my sister. She explained the process thoroughly, showed me how to use every feature and function in my vehicle, and showed me where the service department is located. When it was time to speak with any other staff at the dealership, I was introduce professionally. The entire experience was way beyond what I expected and i dont think I can begin to thank Keosha enough for being....genuine and HUMAN! I will never hesitate to refer family, friends or acquaintances to Nalley Hyundai. More
It Sucks I have purchased a new car from Nalley 2017. First of all some general housekeeping i am a cobuyer and they did not have my name in the system. They even sent me to Enterprise and i had to prove i was the coowner. Second of all i presented the following problem to the service center brakes slipping, when accelerating i feel like im going against a brick, windshield wiper not returning to position when turning the wipers off, car sounding like an old junked car when idle, usb not charging thus when driving you cant use android and applecar for ling distances cause the battery drains and they acted like i was crazy 😜 and did nothing. Furthermore i specifically stated i did not want to work with Justin i dislike him intensely and they made me work with him anyway. Service sucks and i will be reporting the acceleration issue to the ntsb. More
