It Sucks I have purchased a new car from Nalley 2017. First of all some general housekeeping i am a cobuyer and they did not have my name in the system. They even sent me to Enterprise and i had to prove i was the coowner. Second of all i presented the following problem to the service center brakes slipping, when accelerating i feel like im going against a brick, windshield wiper not returning to position when turning the wipers off, car sounding like an old junked car when idle, usb not charging thus when driving you cant use android and applecar for ling distances cause the battery drains and they acted like i was crazy 😜 and did nothing. Furthermore i specifically stated i did not want to work with Justin i dislike him intensely and they made me work with him anyway. Service sucks and i will be reporting the acceleration issue to the ntsb. More

a day of two cars I went to Nalley Hyundai to look at the Elantras but were very impressed with the pricing of the Sonatas. review Amish was very nice, and tried his best to help me get into a car although my credit wasn't perfect. He also informed of things I can do to help boost my credit like paying the bill on time for a year and maybe i could possibly finance at a lower rate. Will the manager was also very friendly and funny. I am very pleased with my visit. Ok now the car: This in no way reflect on the employees just the car: This is a 2016 car so not sure why there is no Blue tooth connection. Also no light on the face mirrors, No rotational seats or electric switches on seats ( My 1996 infiniti even had all of this except the blue tooth) There is no button on the trunk or the key ring for the trunk. This doesn't reflect a 2016 model car. The car is very simple and limited on alot of features. Other than that the car is great on gas and very nice. More
