xxxx poor sales manager! Below is a copy of the Email I sent the GM of Nalley Hyundai. Feel free to read it. To top it all off, we ended up having to cancel a subscription to SiriusXM that the dealership decided to put in our name!! DISGRACEFUL!!! My wife and I met with Keosha Green tonight to discuss the possible purchase of a 2017 . Hyundai Santa Fe Stock number HG498337. We had looked at this vehicle and did have quite a bit of interest in it. Once we test drove it, we sat down with Keosha to discuss the purchase of this vehicle. The internet price shows $32,160, which includes a promotion from Hyundai giving $2,750 cash back as well as what is termed "Price Difference" which is in the amount of $3,035. The internet price clearly states that it includes the dealer service charge of $599 as well as the title service fee of $98. We went back and forth with Keosha going to the sales manager a few times and he wasn't able to remove the $98 or the $599 for some reason nor was he willing to give us the full "Price Difference" amount. After about the third time of us going back and forth the sales manager comes out to us. He didn't even introduce himself but instead he started the conversation with "I'm not going to bicker with you folks on $98. If that's what it is going to come down to y'all have a good night." The he proceeded to tell my wife and I that since he overvalued our trade in to "help us get the right figures", he wasn't going to do any more on the new car so that he could have a "car with 90,000 miles that nobody will want". It is not our fault that he quoted $15,000 on our trade in of a 2015 Kia Sorento. The fact of the matter is that he wasn't even willing to try and make a sale. He should have had no problem removing what the website clearly states is included, I'm sure he realized that it would be false advertisement if it wasn't removed. When asked about the "Price Difference", he said that the full website shows the rebates that add up to that amount. The only issue is that there is no way you can combine the amounts that are listed to come up with $3,035. I can tell you that I have never been treated so poorly by a manager of any type. I do love my Kia that I purchased from Nalley Kia, however if this is the way the staff at Nalley are supposed to act, there is no way I will spend another penny at any of the Nalley stores. I feel sorry for Keosha for having to rely on such incompetent management to do her job. I will never deal with a Nalley location again!!! More
