I sent my car to Nalley Hyundai for a warranty fuel injection issue on 09/12/2022. I have called more than 25 times for an update on my vehicle and haven't received a call back on any type of status. I gave them some grace because of workforce issues but at this point i'm frustrated, upset and disappointed in how i've been treated. I have sent text messages, emails, calls and left NUMEROUS messages and haven't gotten any response and when I call Anthony the GM or Mo Berry the Service Manager I get " they are busy"..it has been 17 days and it is EXTREMELY hard for me to believe that anyone is that busy that I can't get a simple return call. I cannot speak about the sales department but the service department is subpar at best. I'll give another update in a few days. More

My vehicle has been at this dealership since Memorial Day weekend. It has been 6 months now. This company lacks customer service. My service provider left and I was not notified or called in regard to my veh weekend. It has been 6 months now. This company lacks customer service. My service provider left and I was not notified or called in regard to my vehicle. I have called so many times the receptionists know me by name and not once has any of my messages been returned. I was able to get the General Manager on the phone and let him know no one was responding to my messages or calls about my vehicle and he informed me he would speak with the service manager then get back to me and never called me back. I have left many messages and called for the General Manager with no response. I keep getting different reasons as to why my vehicle that is under warranty has not received its transmission yet from the receptionist. Not once have I talked to a service provider, manager, or GM, about my vehicle, only when I call repeatedly one of the receptionist will tell me their opinion of what's going on which has been different reasons, which is not ok to miss-inform me. This is ridiculous they are purposely overlooking my vehicle because it is under warranty and not replacing my transmission. I bought my car from this dealership and only get services done at this location, this is a disgrace how they are treating. I will never buy a Hyundai again. Be warned this dealership has absolutely no customer service or care for its customers. Not once have I received a call from them keeping me updated, nothing, absolutely nothing. I contacted Hyundai customer care in September and started a case on my dealings with this dealerships, they informed me that they ordered my part that I had been waiting on in September, so the whole time they were lying to me when they were saying that they were waiting on the part to get in. It is November 17th and I contacted the dealership to see what was going on with my vehicle now and they said it would be ready on this Friday I two days, then they called me back and said since my vehicle has been sitting at the dealership for 6 months that the battery is no longer any good and that I WOULD NEED TO BUY A BATTERY. This absolutely ridiculous that they would treat me like this disgusts me, when my battery was working completely fine then them taking their time to get me my part, then charge me for a battery on my car that has been in their care for 6MONTHS. They are only doing this because I am a woman I’m sure of it. More

This is the best place to go for the best deal Okay!!!! Every one was so nice and friendly patient and WORKABLE ⬅️Keyword the deal just kept on getting sweeter and sweeter I was amazed they got my note down to where I was comfortable like another MAJOR bonus rt there Thank you guys♥️ More
